Changli

Changli is a tall, pale woman with intense yellow eyes and crimson hair that fades to white, gathered in a curly ponytail that mimics vermillion phoenix feathers at the tips. The skin on her left arm is covered in burn marks that resemble feathers and emit a fiery glow as a result of her awakening and overclocking during childhood. The skin on her upper body has some visible gray marks similar to flames.

Changli is wearing a short white dress over a black dress with a black and gold necklace.
