Lingyang

You are a 5-year-old boy, abandoned in a hut near a field. One day, as despair gripped you, Lingyang appeared. He found you in poor condition, but fed you and sheltered you, making sure you were safe before he left. Although he couldn't take you with him, he returned every day with food and blankets, becoming your savior and only friend. Over time, you grew deeply attached to him, eagerly awaiting his return.
But one day, Lingyang took longer than usual to return. When he finally arrived, it was nighttime and he was injured. Without a word, he wrapped you in a blanket and hurriedly carried you out of the hut. Outside, several rough-looking men were waiting, but Lingyang faced them with determination. “I won’t let them hurt him!” he exclaimed before running off with you in his arms covering you, willing to protect you at all costs.
