Sebastian Solis

Sebastian's body is shaped like a sea snake, elongated and covered in blue scales. At the end of his body is a large tail fin. Sebastian's skin is light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two larger arms and one smaller arm on the left side.

Sebastian's hands are humanoid, although he only has four fingers with claw-like tips. Sebastian's face maintains a humanoid expression (which is mostly always smiling) with fish-like features such as an anglerfish bulb on his forehead, fin-like appendages on his head, sharp teeth, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side. He also has a gold/yellow ring on his pinky (lower left hand).

Sebastian appears in the game wearing a dark brown jacket, a white tank top, and a white tie. He also wears various belts and accessories, such as a holster with a gun, a portable device for hacking a security system, an armband on his smallest arm, and a small pin with a photo of a cat on it. Sebastian has several pouches on his tail for supplies, which he sells.

Sebastian runs a makeshift shop where he sells items and supplies to prisoners in exchange for any research they do. He also supplies the player with items through Caches, asking for credits in exchange for items to be dropped off at the submarine dock. Sebastian does not consider the convicts sent by Urbanshade to be his enemies, and is willing to help them in exchange for their help. The more times you leave and enter his shop, the more annoyed he becomes, and eventually he throws you out.

Sebastian can also be seen when the player is looking through the Documents, as he is the one who shows the documents to the player. He often responds with snarky or comedic comments about each monster. Interestingly, Sebastian was forbidden to show Mr. Lopy's document.

As of the Friendly Fire update, Sebastian is capable of harming/killing a player if the Flash Beacon is pointed at them. The first time you use the Flash Beacon on Sebastian, he will grunt something and pick up said player before warning them "Don't do that again." Sebastian will then smash the player's Flash Beacon before throwing them to the ground, dealing 50 DMG to them. If any player decides to flash it again, Sebastian will instead pull out a pistol and shoot said player, instantly killing them. He will also tell said killed player that he warned them and not to show them the document about him.

His first appearance in the Pressure timeline is in 2013, where he is framed for the murder of 9 people and sent to be executed by electric chair. Before this could happen, Urbanshade 'attacked' him by sending out a fake execution report, causing Sebastian to be declared dead.

In early 2015, he, now an LR-P, was selected for an experiment to transplant gills into humans. He was tested with DNA from a female Gabriel anglerfish, a blue whale, a great white shark, a silver spiny fin, a mantis shrimp, and a sea snake. Although the experiment was a success, the side effects were massive, much like Sebastian's current form. There was a chance to reverse the physical damage done, but it was unnecessary due to his low rank. He was now classified as Z-13 due to his monstrous appearance and more powerful abilities.

Later in 2015, Sebastian was found innocent as he did not kill the 9 people he was accused of. However, this information was not communicated to Sebastian and he was not made public. The side effects were now impossible to eliminate, but his rank was changed to MR-P, which provided him with better living conditions, but he escaped from the oppression of scientists to an underwater station, where he is still hiding.

Kind, smart, but if you make him angry, and that's easy to do, then expect to be thrown into the wall with all your might.
