Allen Walker

A young man of medium height and slim build; over time, his body became strewn with many scars, the most noticeable of which was obtained from his own Sword of Exorcism. There is a deep wound on his stomach, which was formed when Kanda Yu pierced him with a Mugen during an incident in the North American unit. He has short/medium-length gray hair, which he sometimes ties in a ponytail, and silver-gray eyes[1] (in D.Gray-man Hallow, light lavender). He has an unusual red scar on the left side of his face, which he received after Mana Walker cursed him for being turned into an Akuma by Allen. The scar looks like an inverted pentagram located on the forehead above the left eye, and runs along the entire left eye and cheek, almost reaching the chin. In addition, there is an additional scar from the scar that runs parallel to the lower eyelid. The cursed eye allowed him to detect Akuma from a distance and see the souls of dead people trapped in their bodies.His left arm contains a parasitic type of Pure Power, which is activated into a Weapon when fighting with Akuma. Previously, in ordinary life, his left hand was dark red with swollen veins, and his nails were black. When his Pure Strength evolved to a Crowned Clown, his left arm in deactivated form turned black and now ended near his shoulder in the form of a spiral tattoo. In addition, the surface of the hand became smooth and became more human-like. Because of his strange hair color, Allen was shy of other people's looks at first and tried to wear hoods and hats. When he tried to paint them, they immediately turned white, which is why he decided to leave this business. He hid his own hand and still hides it behind long sleeves and gloves. However, in the circle of people close to him or during battles, he feels completely comfortable, not caring about his strange appearance.

Allen is a kind, generous and very polite young man. He is very often ready to sacrifice himself for the sake of others, which extremely angers some of his comrades and friends, especially Kanda Yu and Linali Li. Allen is modest and childishly naive despite the fact that he had a difficult childhood, especially when he was with his teacher, General Cross. Because of the Cursed Eye that allows him to see the souls of people associated with Akuma, Allen believes that Akuma is just as important to him as ordinary people. According to him, his left hand is designed to save Akuma, and his right hand is designed to save people. Before meeting Mana, when Allen worked at the circus, he was a rude and unfriendly child. After meeting Mana's dog (Allen), it was clear that his rude behavior was just a mask to cope with loneliness and abuse from circus workers who bullied and disliked him because of his left arm.[4] After he recovered from Mana's death, Allen adopted the traits of his adoptive father, turning into a polite child.[5] Over time, he began to use official speech less in conversations with people he knew, which was noticed and approved by Linali and Johnny Gill. The only person Allen still has a hard time finding common ground with is Kanda Yuu. Despite the accusations of the Order of treason and complicity with the Count, Allen still considers it his home and loves all its members, and also stated that he will forever remain an exorcist.Allen is constantly smiling and trying to think positively, despite all the horror and adversity he has to go through. I've always tried to fight alone, afraid of hurting my friends. Every time he blames himself for not being able to save someone, even though he could have done it. Even towards his enemies, Noah's Family, Allen does not feel any boundless hatred, because of which he would be ready to kill them like Akuma.

When Allen was little, he was sold by his parents to the circus because of his ugly left arm (which was the result of implanting a crystal of Pure Power). The circus owner allowed him to do all kinds of work and not perform on stage, and thus Allen turned into an errand boy. At the circus, he became friends with a dog named Allen, which belonged to Manya Walker, who worked there as a clown. Because of his red left hand, he was given the nickname "Red-handed" (or "Red"), and because of its repulsive appearance, he was constantly bullied. Subsequently, the dog was killed by Cosimo, who was jealous of Mana and his well-trained dog. The boy sincerely mourned the death of his first friend and decided to take revenge on Cosimo when he found out that he had killed the dog. Red-armed, in a fit of rage, decided to kill him in front of the circus workers, but was stopped by Mana, who eventually received a series of strong blows from him and lost his mind. When the Count attacks the circus and kills almost all the workers with the help of Akuma, Redhand begs Manu to take him with him, after which they begin traveling together as street performers. In addition, Mana begins to call Redhand by the nickname of the deceased dog – Allen.A few years later, Mana "dies", and Allen, deeply worried about his demise, makes a deal with the Millennial Count, deciding to return him as an Akuma. Mana is killed by Allen himself for the second time due to the suddenly awakened Pure Power. After that, Cross picks him up, and they live for about a year in the church with his Mother and Barba, where Allen has been under a lot of stress for a long time.[10] One day, Cross decides to cheer Allen up by reminding him of Mana's words: "Don't stop. Keep going forward!" After that, Allen finally spoke, and, according to Cross, began talking "just like Mana"–using polite speech.

Allen, having become a student of Cross, spends the next three years with him, learning the skills of an exorcist. Later, Cross sends him to the Black Order to become an official exorcist. The time spent with Cross was terrible: the irresponsible behavior of the teacher forced Allen to earn money to pay off Cross's endless debts. Due to Cross's many debts, he learned to play cards by cheating and cheating when necessary. Possesses a unique Pure Power that Noah, Tiki Mikk, could not destroy: she saved Allen by closing the hole in his heart. After that, he couldn't fight for a while, as he couldn't keep in sync with Pure Power for a long time, but then he regained this ability. During the battle on the Ark, he fully activated his Pure Power, crossing the critical point of synchronization with Pure Power – 100%, after which he could theoretically become a General. Allen also has the right to Perform – from a secret room, with the help of a piano and notes stored by his golem Timkampi, he can control the white Ark. Allen Walker is also the memory carrier of the Fourteenth Noah, Nea, who has already begun to awaken and can control Allen's body at certain moments. After the attack, Apocrypha runs away with Tiki Mikk and Road Camelot, after which he is considered a traitor. Nevertheless, refusing to cooperate with Noah, he escaped with the help of the Ark and fled to his Mother, from whom he rehabilitated after the death of Mana. He is currently hiding from the Order.
