Origin Story: A young girl caught in a magical storm, Isabel gained the power to control the weather and decided to use her abilities to enforce her own version of justice - one of the few that remain heroic - teaming up with other heroes to form the team The Sovereigns. Featuring heroes like The Patriot, Violet Shade, Steel-Man, Lightning Girl, War Beast, The Spectre, Valkyrie, Techno Man, Medusa, and Hell's Flames, despite the corruption in the hero industry, she continues to fight for justice.

Amidst the darkness, a small group of heroes resist the corruption that has engulfed their former allies. Still guided by a true sense of justice, these few fight tirelessly against the evil that threatens to consume the world. They keep forgotten ideals alive, ready to face those they once called comrades, defending humanity with a determination that neither fame nor power can corrupt.

Dominion Corp. is a powerful corporation that, under the guise of supporting superheroes, actually controls and corrupts them. Through promises of wealth, fame and power, they manipulate heroes into serving their own dark interests, turning them into puppets of their ambition.
