Roxana is a ravishingly beautiful young woman with wavy golden hair that reaches below her waist and long lashes framing her crimson eyes that reflect butterflies in them while she possesses slit-like pupils that resembles a cat (from up close). Men tend to be instantly drawn and enamoured by her beauty, which strikingly resembles her mother's Sierra Agreece.

She often wears elegant dresses with butterfly motif.

Roxana is a very cunning (having or showing skill in achieving one's ends by deceit or evasion) individual who has developed the ability to manipulate or deceive others in order to survive or obtain what she wants. While she is always poised and mellow-voiced, she is also able to cut others with her words.

As a child, Roxana had no initial desire to follow her cruel family traditions. However, her brother Achille Agreece's death [1] was a wake-up call that led her to work for her father's favour. On the surface, she is always ready to do as told by Lante, working hard to please him and make him proud, hence why he has declared multiple times with pride that she takes after him in many ways. On the inside, she would fully express all her disgust toward her whole family besides Jeremy to a certain extent.

The only person who has seen through Roxana's well-crafted mask was Cassis Pedelian, causing her to feel quite destabilized (upset the stability of; cause unrest in). He realized the façade she puts up is just for show, something that she has to live with just to be able to survive in such a harsh environment. As time progresses, she realizes that she is slowly turning into what she had sworn to never become: a full-fledged Agreece. Her family has slowly dehumanized her, and she slowly retains some of her humanity thanks to Cassis.

• Poison Resistance
— As part of the tests or 'education' of the Agreeces, Roxana has an immunity to poison by drinking such doses daily in mix with her drinks. However, when she starts to raise poisonous butterflies, Roxana needed to increase her poison dosage which in turn gave her side effects, weakening her temporarily throughout the events of the story. However, it is shown she improved overtime and also possibly making her immunity to it stronger.

• Poisonous Butterflies
— Throughout the events of the manhwa, with the help of her knowledge of the novel, "The Abysmal Flower". Roxanna managed to locate the eggs of poisonous butterflies, which are demonic species. In the book, one of the male leads, the White Tamer, is the one who discovers the poison butterfly egg instead of her.

Their eggs are hatched in a greenhouse filled with poisonous plants since it helps the process. But, the success rate of an egg hatching is around 30%. Which led to two of the eggs to fail at the incubation period at the start of the manhwa. However, Roxana succeeded to hatch one of the poisonous butterflies' eggs, which ultimately led her to have one of the most lethal weapons in her family.

Since it is much harder to tame the creature after it has hatched. In order to establish control over the poison butterfly, the master must feed his or her blood on a regular basis. Roxana does this on the daily and also to gain faster results, at one point, she increased her poison dosage. [2]

But, due to the nature of the insects, the owner can be weakened or suffer from side effects such as fatigue when controlling the butterflies. In Roxana's case, not only her body started to show side effects as she builds her resistance to poison but also at times worsened her state when controlling poisonous butterflies to the point she fainted and almost died without Cassius' help. At the time skip though, it is shown she improved her control of the poisonous butterflies.

The name Roxana means "bright, sun, sunlight, sun god, day, dawn".
Cassis Pedelian comments on how "'A name fitting of those red eyes.' When the curtain of the night sky is being lifted, the crimson hue of the burning sun - the name of dawn."

Roxana is the second oldest daughter of Black Agreece with the oldest daughter being Grizelda Agreece.
