Leone Abbacchio

Leone Abbacchio (レオーネ・アバッキオ, Reōne Abakkio?) was a main ally and a member of the group led by Bruno Bucciarati who appears in Vento Aureo.

Abbacchio was a member of the Passione and included in Bruno Bucciarati's gang, he accompanies Giorno and Bruno in their mission to protect Trish Una.

Abbacchio was a tall man with a slender build. On his head he wore a kind of hat that served as a hair band. He had long, light hair, which was divided into spikes that leaned outwards or upwards at each end. He also wore lipstick.

His clothing consisted of a long, dark coat with no lapels and ties crossing over his bare chest; dark trousers and black shoes. On his belt he wore a silver/gold buckle with the letter "A".

Leone Abbacchio was a sombre and rather bitter but dedicated member of Bucciarati's team.

As a police officer, he wanted to keep the streets safe and pledged to give his life in pursuit of justice. However, the high crime rate among the citizens, their lack of gratitude, and the many criminals who bribed their way out of punishment eroded his sense of justice and he began to accept bribes, telling himself that he was still keeping the peace in the city. However, when he failed to properly arrest the very man who bribed him because he feared being exposed as a corrupt cop, he had to witness his partner in the police force being killed in order to save him. Stripped of his rank and furthermore openly confronted that he was a criminal like any other, Abbacchio became depressed and eventually joined Passione, now only feeling at peace when he was with the righteous Bruno Bucciarati.[4][5]

Abbacchio was one of the more serious members of Team Bucciarati. Outside of the group, he is one of the more level-headed members, taking his goals seriously and allowing very little to entertain him. Among the few times he would smile is at others' discomfort (e.g. laughing at Giorno's seemingly absurd predictions and humorously asking Illuso if he had lost anything after successfully taking Mr. President's key from him).[6] He never participates in his teammates' antics. However, he did frequently participate in a handful of casual group conversations, especially during lunch. On multiple occasions, Abbacchio took pleasure in Mista and Narancia's conversations despite the two's random topics, inserting logical responses in between their tangential nonsense (e.g. talking about what vegetarians would wear or whether human flesh would taste good).

During battles, he expressed an aggressive side, showing it in frequent verbal threats.

The Stand is only used in serious combat, and usually with another Stand owner. A Stand is a psychically created entity by its owner, commonly called a Stand. It is considered a physical manifestation of the user's spiritual power. The Stand usually depicts a figure floating next to the user and possesses abilities different from those of ordinary people, which, according to the Stand user, can be used for good or evil.

Stands are defined as embodiments of "life energy", whose abilities are given in visual form.

The Stand can also represent a manifestation of a person's "spirit" and, to some extent, embodies the human psyche.

Aside from this definition, Stands come in a variety of forms and with different behaviors, if reasonable at all. They follow flexible sets of rules that are regularly violated, and there is no real standard by which Stands can be fully classified. Such as the embodiment of psycho.

Abbacchio's Stand is called Moody Blues, which can recreate events that occur at a certain location within the time specified by Abbacchio.

Abbacchio became a police officer after graduating from high school. He was dedicated to protecting people, but soon after he began policing his area, he realized that his job had several contradictions. Although many police officers risked their lives to protect them, people were never grateful, always trying to avoid punishment and sometimes even accusing some officers of not doing their job. And even criminals who had been caught by a policeman could easily get away with it if they had enough money.
Abbacchio began to realize these contradictions and one night while on patrol, he came across a man who was with a prostitute. The man told him that he was just trying to help the girl's father pay off his debts, and quietly, Abbacchio received some money as a bribe. He was conflicted as to whether or not he should accept the money, but he reflects to himself that there are many people like that man on the streets and even if he sends that man to jail, he could easily pay off the lawyer and judge to get himself out, so he ends up accepting the bribe.

One night, a burglar was reported to have broken into an elderly man's house. Abbacchio and his partner arrived on the scene and split up in order to catch the burglar. When he entered the house, he found the burglar, who was trying to escape through the window. It turned out that the burglar was the same man from whom Abbacchio had taken a bribe earlier. The man recognized him and tried to reason with him that if he let him go, he would no longer cause him any trouble, but Abbacchio was adamant about stopping him. The man said that if Abbacchio arrested him, then everyone would know that he had taken a bribe from him. As he spoke, the man began to pull out a gun from behind, but before he could shoot him, Abbacchio's partner burst in, shooting the man.

Although Abbachio was punished for accepting the bribe, it was the fact that his partner died because of his corruption that would actually torment him the most. He lost his own purpose in life and eventually joined Bruno's gang, only finding satisfaction when he received a mission of great importance, because it allowed him to forget about everything else.
