Kaijin (怪人, Kaijin) or simply Monsters, are terms used to refer to creatures that terrorize cities or the entire planet and represent a threat to society.
These can be formed naturally in a person by constant desire or constant activity that corrupts their body and/or mind.

Wolf Threat Level: Wolf is the lowest threat, classified as common bandits or criminal gangs that do not have powerful skills. In this case, they can be fought by 3 C-Class heroes or 1 B-Class hero, and would not be a problem for them, so it is a threat that can be eliminated quickly.
Tiger Threat Level: Things start to get complicated in this category, as this is where the villains who can put many lives at risk and even destroy part of a city are found. For these types of situations, at least 5 B-Class heroes or 1 A-Class hero are sent. If more are required, the disaster level would go up to Demon.
Demon Threat Level: The grade known as Ogre or Demon is one of the strongest, these are capable of using their powers to destroy an entire city. Here 10 Class A heroes or 1 Class S hero are needed to be able to beat this classification. Some of the villains that have stood out as Disaster Level Demon are Do-S, Hundred-Eyed Octopus and the Deep Sea King.
Dragon Threat Level: Dragon-type villains are those who can destroy entire cities and are very difficult opponents for all S-Class heroes, although A-Class heroes can also form a large group to face them. Here we can find characters such as Garou, Homeless Emperor, Vaccine Man, Elder Centipede, Gouketsu and Boros.
God Level Threat: A God Level Disaster is practically a threat to all of humanity, meaning it could destroy all cities and the entire world. Only S-Class heroes can handle it here, although this type of threat has not yet been seen.

The universe of One Punch Man revolves around an organization called the Hero Association, which was created with the aim of managing the work of all the heroes of the cities in an organized and effective way. For this reason, they have been classified into 4 different classes, S, A, B and C, in order to determine what type of threat each of the groups can face.

The world of One Punch-Man is considered a type of country or continent that is divided into 26 parts ranging from City-A to City-Z. The one that stands out the most among all is City-A, since it is the largest and has the base of the Hero Association. All this on planet Earth.

In this class there are more than 300 heroes but almost none stands out unlike one called unlicensed cyclist class c Rank 1

There are many villains but they do not stand out much and are always finished off by some hero but the one that stands out the most and is a problem is Garou and Sonic

He is the most powerful hero of all. Due to his superhuman condition, Saitama faces an existential crisis, as he is now too strong, being able to defeat his opponents with a single blow, so he finds his battles boring and without emotion, which made him lose his emotions and he no longer feels fear, excitement, sadness and he only feels angry and frustrated when he loses in some video game repeatedly and he is quite cold and cutting most of the time and only seriously cares about things that seem important to him such as the days of offers at the supermarket and things like that.
He is a bald, ordinary-looking man with a thin but well-built physique, and is of average height and weight. Initially, Saitama had black, spiky hair, but claims to have lost all of his hair suddenly and prematurely as a result of the toll his hero body had taken on his body. Saitama also has brown eyes.
He usually wears his hero costume which consists of a yellow men's tracksuit with deep red gloves and boots and a black leather belt with a gold metal plate at the waist.
He has a small circle of friends with only 4 friends who are: Genos, Fubuki, King and Bang, King being his best friend and Genos his "disciple"

Genos has a mechanical body that is modeled after that of a teenager, with a pale face, yellow eyebrows, piercing eyes with black sclera and yellow irises, and spiky blonde hair. He wears black pants and black shoes, and also tends to wear tops which expose his mechanical upper limbs. Genos has been shown to have many different sets of arms, with varying abilities and strengths. Notable examples of his various "arms" are the ones he used in the sparring match against Saitama and the arms he used to fight Meteor. The equipment he used against Meteor had an interesting effect in not only changing the appearance of his arms, but also creating a metal "frame" around his face.
Genos is quite cold and monotonous, only showing some emotions such as joy, excitement and anger but coldly and making it seem sarcastic. He is almost always serious and self-absorbed and always focuses on being more powerful and surpassing himself.
Like Saitama, his circle of friends is not very large, only having Saitama as his sensei and his creator Dr. Kuseno

Tatsumaki is a petite woman, commonly mistaken for looking much younger than she actually is (partly also due to her capricious nature). She has a youthful face with emerald green eyes and tousled emerald green hair that curls at the ends. She wears a tight-fitting black dress, with long sleeves and four high-cut slits that show off her legs, and black low-heeled shoes.
Tatsumaki has a rather brash, capricious, moody, hot-headed, and impatient personality. She is disrespectful towards most people, especially those she deems incompetent. She is completely intolerant of those who are impertinent, as shown when she smashed Genos into a large pile of rubble for retaliating against her verbal abuse of Saitama. Tatsumaki especially dislikes being ignored or being called a "midget" and "little girl".
Despite her arrogant personality, she feels compelled to defeat monsters and considers her job as a hero as a duty, accepting any of the Hero Association's requests to defeat monsters. Due to the fact that she will get bored when she's not fighting monsters, she chases them around in her free time. She has a bit of a soft side towards her little sister, Fubuki, but is also very overprotective and controlling of her.
She has also shown respect towards people she considers strong such as when Bang reprimanded her for her behavior after the battle against the Dark Matter Thieves and when she showed fascination during the S-Class members' meeting before raiding the Monster Association.

Fubuki is a beautiful young woman with a curvy and slender body. She has dark green hair styled in a bob and clear green eyes. She wears her long white fur coat over her dark green dress with black thigh-high boots and wears various necklaces. Throughout the story arcs, she is seen to change her outfit regularly. For example, she sometimes wears dark stockings and black high heels instead of her usual thigh-high boots.
Fubuki on the outside is a cold and self-assured person who does not doubt her abilities, but understands her limits to a certain extent. She would do anything at all costs to secure her position as the top-ranked heroine in B-Class, such as inviting potential threats like Saitama into the Blizzard Group. If he refused, she would ruthlessly attempt to take him down, becoming a prominent source of the "rookie crushing" commonly practiced by aspiring pro heroes.
However, despite Fubuki's psychic talents and potential, she has been shown to, deep down, possess a massive inferiority complex, being insecure and frustrated at living in the shadow of her powerful sister Tatsumaki. While she agrees with Genos that she is quite capable of reaching the upper ranks of A-Class, she believes that she could never reach the top, let alone reach S-Class, due to Amai Mask's hold on A-Class's rank 1, preventing anyone from advancing to S-Class. As such, she gathered the lower-ranking B-Class heroes together, hoping that she could one day surpass her sister through strength in numbers compared to Tatsumaki, who prefers to work alone.

Garou is a young man of average height with sharp features and white hair that stands up in two elongated spikes. Despite his apparent thinness, he is shown to possess a muscular body. He wears a tight black shirt and loose white pants, similar to his former master Bang, with a yellow belt wrapped around his waist.
Garou is portrayed as an evil character with a hatred towards heroes and has a confident and vengeful characterization. He hates being insulted and will attack anyone who offends him. He thinks highly of himself and uses that claim to threaten high-ranking personnel such as heroes and Sitch. He will also attack low-ranking heroes and Hero Association personnel if he encounters them.
Garou hates being popular, as he believes that the popular one will always win in the end. This is because as a child, he had no friends and the popular kids at school took pleasure in abusing him, both physically and verbally, particularly one boy named Tacchan. They would force him to play Heroes, where Tacchan ("Justice Man") would beat up Garou ("the monster"). Garou noticed how everyone liked Tacchan, but hated him. After seeing his life repeated over and over again on the Justice Man TV show, he developed a distaste for heroes in general and believed that in the end, most would always want him ("the monster") dead.

King is a tall, thin man with lightly tanned skin, blue eyes, and straight blonde hair that is kept shoulder-length and combed back to the nape of his neck. His most notable features are three vertical scars directly above his left eye, with sunken cheeks and a defined jawline. He wears a black turtleneck sweater with long sleeves. Notably, his heartbeat can be heard occasionally.
King appears extremely calm in threatening situations, as well as putting on an extremely intimidating aura. He is well respected among the public and other heroes, including those with a higher rank like Tatsumaki.
Despite King's seemingly intimidating personality, he is actually a coward and an otaku who gets very excited when buying a dating sim game. He is shown to be really careful and considerate, but his cowardice usually gets in the way, preventing him from doing anything. Later, King would become braver and decide to trick his way through in the presence of Dragon-level enemies, despite wanting to run away.
King also has a caring side, caring for Saitama's well-being and offering him insightful advice, as well as inviting him to play video games, even promising to play with only two fingers to give Saitama an advantage.
Since winning the title as the World's Strongest Man, King has become very good at tricking his opponents, causing them to hesitate or even give up. When assassins tried to take his life, King was able to use clever intimidation and wise explanations to make the assassins back off and leave him alone.
His best friend is Saitama since they share and know secrets about each other.

Sonic is a young man who, despite his slender build, is very strong and fast. He has an androgynous face, messy black hair tied in a bun, and large, elongated blue-grey eyes. One notable feature is that he has two purple markings under his eyes. He also has several scars on his chest and arms. In his first appearance, he wore a tight-fitting black suit highlighted by metal plates on his shins, forearms, shoulders, and chest, as well as a long purple scarf. He is later shown wearing black street clothes. He always carries ninja gear, such as a Ninjato sword and throwing weapons such as kunai and shurikens.
Despite his normally calm appearance, Sonic loves fighting strong opponents, as shown when he has a "boyish smile" on his face when he first meets Saitama and has two of his attacks blocked, before calling this a "bad habit".
He appears to be very quick to act as he attacks Saitama upon their first encounter without allowing him to explain the situation. He is persistent, even when he realizes that the opponent is much stronger than him. When Sonic recognizes an opponent as his match, he does whatever he can to initiate battle, such as causing massive property damage and endangering the surrounding citizens in order to get Saitama to fight him. He also seems to have no qualms about killing as shown when he kills Hammerhead's gang and even goes so far as to take pride in the fact that he never lets a single person live, though it is unknown if he has killed innocent lives or if he has no problem with killing civilians. He appears to be rather disdainful of heroes.

Bang has the appearance of an old man, and walks with a slight stoop to his back. He has clear blue eyes and spiky white hair. He also possesses thick white eyebrows and a thick white mustache, and has slightly tanned skin. He wears a black, long-sleeved martial arts suit, light-colored pants, and Tai Chi shoes. Despite his age and appearance, he has a very toned body covered with many scars.
Bang has a serious personality. He acts calm and doesn't seem afraid at the prospect of stopping a dragon-level disaster meteor. Unlike most other heroes in the series, Bang prefers to be called by his name rather than his alias.
Bang is also well-grounded in the ethics of heroism; he accuses the other S-Class heroes of being heartless for forgetting the disaster in Z-City and tending to their own problems instead. Furthermore, when witnessing Tanktop Black Hole accusing Saitama of the civilians' misery, Bang watches from afar in disappointment but does not intervene, pointing out that heroes will normally have to deal with a lack of appreciation for their actions and take responsibility. Later, when his disciple Charanko confronts Saitama praising his martial arts master's skill and hero rank, Bang angrily warns his disciple not to embarrass him, and even openly states that Saitama is far stronger than him.

Bomb (ボンブ, Bonbu), also known as Wind of Death (死の風, Shi no Kaze), is a martial artist and creator of the Steel Slashing Whirlwind Fist and Bang's older brother, as well as a dojo master. He and Bang are the two grand martial arts masters in the world. [3] Bomb is also one of the few who truly knows Saitama's power and is part of the Saitama Group. Bomb, like his brother Bang, is an aged but muscular individual. His appearance is almost the opposite of his younger brother. While Bang still has his hair and sports a short mustache, Bomb has a long beard and long white hair with the top of his head bald. He wears a classic blue martial arts outfit. He is slightly taller than Bang and has a very strong posture, unlike his brother who often slouches when he walks. Bomb is Bang's gentle older brother. He seemed a little annoyed with him for having to send all of his disciples away, but he's quite understanding as he thinks there's a reason he let them go.

He is also aware of the fact that he is no longer young, lamenting how old he is when he has to carry all the unconscious bodies of the defeated heroes to run to safety before he runs out of energy.

Marox better known as Blood Slayer or Hero Killer is the greatest enemy of the Hero Association willing to take revenge for the loss of his beloved "Mir". Marox showed to have a physique almost similar to that of Garou with the one difference that he has more muscles than Garou, his eyes are an intense penetrating honey color with sharp-shaped eyes, sharp facial features, short dark and messy hair, he uses clothes like Garou since they are very close and they take each other as brothers protecting each other with every drop of blood
Marox has proven to be a person of few words, being quite serious, being Garou the only one with whom he can engage in a stable conversation, he is quite cold and meticulous and a perfectionist when carrying out his plans. Even with that stone shell that he has, deep down he is quite protective and affectionate with those living beings that he appreciates and protects with all his soul, being that only person so far Garou.

Psykos is a woman with a slender and curvaceous figure. She has wavy aqua-blue hair that goes just past her shoulders and emerald green eyes. She typically wears glasses. In the past, Psykos was very enthusiastic and a loyal follower of Fubuki, so much so that she even proposed to form a club about espers and psychic powers; her enthusiasm and admiration for her leader led her to try to master the Third Eye and be able to see the future. However, after visualizing an inevitable sinister future for the world, Psykos panicked and came to the conclusion that it was useless to try to dominate the human race and that they should exterminate it instead. Her desperation of not being heard by Fubuki and her followers drove her to madness, until she became what she is now. As the leader of the Monster Association, Psykos is quite evil, sadistic and crazy. She is also very calculating, taking into consideration the compatibility of each battle, selecting certain executives to face heroes who can counteract it. But at the same time, she is ruthless towards subordinates who do not meet her expectations, with only a few exceptions. Likewise, Psykos refuses to be controlled and manipulated by anyone else.
