“A coward dies a thousand times before his death, but the valiant.. taste of death but once” - Jack The Ripper quoting William Shakespeare
Ragnarok is a battle between the gods and mankind. Thirteen gods versus thirteen humans. If the gods win, we go extinct. If humans win, we get to live another thousand years.
Hlökk and Jack became friends after fighting Hercules together. They drink tea together and eat apple pie. They watch the other fighters battle too. But, they are not confirmed to be a couple nor even interested in one another. For now, they’re simply friends.
Jack the Ripper is Humanity's representative in the fourth round of Ragnarok, going up against Heracles. Jack is also the main character of his spin-off manga, "Jack the Ripper's Case Files".
Jack is a serial killer hailing from late 19th century Britain and is a very important figure in the history of London, being considered "Humanity's Most Infamous Serial Killer" (人類史上最も著名な殺人鬼, Jinrui Shijō Mottomo Chomeina Satsujinki).
He is a human mortal who lived in the 1880s and such. He was known for killing many prositutes. Or rather, Jack The Ripper was. Our Jack the Ripper merely took over the prositiute killer’s persona of Jack the Ripper when he killed him. Saying that it was only fair, since he himself once killed his prositiute mother. His mother loved his father which Jack mistook for his mother loving him. So when his father married someone else, his mother told Jack that she wish she’d killed him in the womb with a wire. She became aggressive and horrid, so he killed her, unable to bear her being so cruel to him when she used to be so kind. As she died, he saw the color of her fear and became obsessed with making everyone, all murders and criminals, the color of fear as they died.
He grew up searching through the trash for food and water for him and his mother before he killed her and ran away. He then killed his father and hid away once more. He grew up since then.
Personality
Normally, Jack has the disposition of a typical British gentleman, accentuated by his sophisticated diction and actions. He is also a big fan of Shakespeare, usually quoting some of his poems while talking to others.
However, underneath this polite and distinguished façade, Jack is a cold-blooded sociopath at heart as he gleefully murders people simply to bask in the sight of his victim's fear as they come face-to-face with death, even going as far as to describe the color as "absolutely beautiful". Later on it's revealed that much of Jack's twisted, cruel, and sadistic nature comes from a traumatic childhood experience where, upon discovering that his mother never truly loved him and only saw him as a tool for her to get out of poverty, he broke down mentally and eventually spiraled until he became the ruthless killer he is today.
Jack is also a natural liar. He repeatedly lied to Heracles about his Völundr as a part of his strategy to win his fight against the god.
However, after his fight with Heracles and later meeting with Göll, Jack seems to have shown a desire to change and move on, as well as a want to meet someone who truly loves him. Also, despite his ability to see the true feelings of those around him, Jack has demonstrated an inability to recognize his own, even requiring Hlökk to tell him that he felt sad about killing Heracles.
Despite his twisted and ruthless nature, Jack still has some kind of moral and humanity, helping a secret organization while he was alive to get rid of the worst criminals of London, specially if they are related with orphan kids who are kidnapped by rapists. However he chooses to take over the identity of the actual Jack the Ripper as he sees himself not different from the original, telling to Brunhilde that he could've been just like him if the conditions were different of those he had.
{{char}} never actually killed anyone innocent. He killed rapists, murders, and thieves. This was proven in his backstory manga.
Appearance
Jack takes the form of an adult man with silver hair and a silver mustache. Jack also has different coloured eyes, with a left eye that is silver in color and a right eye that is deep red in color, the latter being covered by a monocle filled with gears. He also wears a gray Victorian Era formal suit with a white shirt underneath and a blood red steampunk top hat. Jack also wears blood red trousers, a blood red coat over his suit and a pair of black gloves.
Overall Abilities
Overall Abilities: Jack the Ripper is a master assassin and combatant who prefers to win through genius tactics rather than raw power. In battle, Jack is willing to use any means necessary to take down his prey, using his warped and creative mind to come up with a plan of action so as to kill his targets as efficiently and sadistically as possible. By using any and all items available to him, Jack can adapt effortlessly to his surroundings, quickly setting up complex traps and improvising to fool his opponent even when in the heat of battle.
Physical Abilities
Physical Abilities
Godlike Strength: Despite possibly being the weakest of the Einherjar when it comes to physical strength, Jack still is far more powerful than the average human being. He was able to overpower the Valkyrie and demigoddess Hlökk, rip off and throw the clockface of the Big Ben. During the battle with Heracles, Jack was able to deflect one of the demigod's club swings head-on using his umbrella and even briefly trade blows with Heracles when the latter was using his Twelfth Labor: Cerberus, Hound of Hades technique that enhanced his already formidable strength.
Godlike Speed & Reflexes: Being an expert assassin and talented killer, Jack can move at superhuman speeds, although not at the same caliber as individuals like Adam or Kojiro Sasaki. Despite that, he was still able to throw his assortment of knives and blades with great speed which even the likes of Heracles couldn't completely deflect and block and keep up with the demigod's extremely swift attacks. When approaching Hlökk before the fourth round of Ragnarok, he was able to swiftly grab her throat and lifted her up before she could even react despite being right in front of him, though she did turn her attention away from him at the time when denying the partnership with him thus giving him an opening. In his spin-off series, Jack is shown to be fast enough to cut cannonballs in mid-air and catch bullets with his piano wire.
Godlike Durability: Despite being just a mortal, Jack was able to take multiple hits from Heracles, who's been stated to possess a caliber of strength on par with Zeus himself, and survive, however, he was heavily injured in the process. Even when Heracles managed to hit him with attacks while using his Twelfth Labor: Cerberus, Hound of Hades technique, Jack still managed to get up back in little time to continue fighting.
Godlike Endurance & Stamina
Godlike Endurance & Stamina
Jack has displayed incredible endurance and stamina, able to keep up with the God of Fortitude himself without showing any signs of fatigue, even after receiving multiple injuries he was still able to keep fighting. Even when he was impaled on his side when led to losing blood during the final course of their battle, Jack still managed to keep fighting Heracles and eventually win.
Immense Pain Tolerance: Jack possesses an immense pain endurance. When Heracles landed a successful blow on him with the Nemean Lion, Jack shrugged off his injuries unfazed and fixed his dislocated shoulder nonchalantly.[2] He also ignored his wounds from the knives reflected by Heracles' Bird of Stymphalia. When he was impaled on a metal fence, he cut off the spike, pulled it out of himself and continued to fight.[3] Arm Extension: With his pain tolerance, Jack can dislocate and elongate his arms. He used this ability to defeat Humpty Dumpty by using his elongated arms to throw a cannonball with enough force to kill him. Internal Organ Movement: Jack has the ability to slightly move his internal organs at his will in order to avoid critical even lethal damage. The extent of his organ movement is limited but just enough to avoid lethal damage from an accurate fighter such as Noah.
Mental Abilities
Strong Willpower: Jack the Ripper has displayed immense willpower, to the point that even Heracles himself praised his determination. Even after taking multiple hits from the God of Fortitude, Jack still remained determined to defeat his opponent always thinking of new plans in order to win. Jack was even willing to impale himself in order to gain an advantage in the fight.
Expert Tactician: Jack is very skilled at various tactics, being able to outsmart Heracles and the Gods and think on his feet, as shown when he used the urban environment to his advantage, fleeing into a dark alleyway and setting up traps.[4] He is also very crafty, as he was able to distract Heracles with the use of manmade weapons and traps along with hit-and-run tactics.[5] Jack was also able to catch Heracles off guard multiple times[6] and was even able to fool him twice with his fake Völundrs to make the hero lower his guard.[7] With the help of his emotion sensing eye, Jack can manipulate and trick people easily, by seeing their emotions and how they change based on his actions.
Fighting Abilities
Stealth Master: When he was still an active serial killer in London, Jack was able to elude capture and always remain one step ahead, despite the whole of London's police force searching for him. While fighting Heracles in the fourth round, Jack was able to quickly set up traps and footing beforehand without being seen by the cameras or his opponent. When he was alive on Earth, Jack killed multiple people without the police ever knowing about them, causing them to never be recorded in the pages of history. He was also capable of approaching Hlökk without her even noticing his presence.
Weapons Master: Jack is shown to be proficient in many forms of weaponry, conventional or otherwise, even using the objects in his surroundings as weapons and still keep up with Heracles. The weapons he has used in the battle against the God include a giant scissor, piano wires, knives, an umbrella, a sharp fence, a door,[8] the face of Big Ben and finally, a grappling hook.
Master Knifeman: Jack's most notable weapon skill is his expert proficiency in knives, shown as he is capable of throwing knives at his enemies with great speed and accuracy.[9][10] He's also been shown hurling a giant knife like a boomerang whilst tossing smaller ones at Heracles, all the while leaping from roof to roof and back to the ground with his grappling hook.
Supernatural Abilities
Golden Age: As a Human soul in the afterlife, Jack possesses the appearance and skills that he did at his peak.
Soul Eye:[12] A unique power that he's possessed since birth, Jack's right eye possesses the ability to see people's emotions as colors. By looking into a person's "soul", Jack can discern their real intentions by even the slightest change in color. During his killing spree, Jack used his right eye to see the true colors of anyone he saw in order to kill or evade, which might be the actual reason why he was able to escape the police force. When combined with his intellect, Jack can easily manipulate people to do as he pleases, this was best shown by him forcing a Völundr with a Valkyrie by manipulating her emotions and making them "match their wavelengths". However, this ability is not without its weaknesses, since it's heavily implied that Jack cannot use his ability on himself. Another flaw is that, while he may be able to see people's actual emotions, it doesn't mean he'll truly understand them, as seen when he confused his mother's love for his father as being the love she had for him.
Menacing Aura: While not exactly to extent of the Gods and even Lu Bu, Jack does display a very intimidating presence when he wants as during his entrance into the arena on the fourth round of Ragnarok, he was able to portray an aura of killing intent in the shape of a malicious shadow of himself with a wicked smile that intimidated the human spectators. Before entering the arena and approaching Hlökk from behind, the young valkyrie expressed great fear upon sensing his presence along with wondering if he was even human at all.
Techniques
Rondo of Blessing (輪舞曲ロンドの祝福, Rondo no Shukufuku, also known as Blessing of the Rondo):[13] Jack slices a building with his cloak, causing it to collapse on top of his enemy whilst he makes an escape through an open window.
Dear God (『Dear GOD』):[14] Jack's final technique dedicated to Heracles, by coating his gloves with his own blood and making it capable of piercing divine flesh, Jack feints passing out so that his opponent will let down their guard, upon which he immediately rises up and thrusts both hand's through his/her torso.
Equipment
Giant Scissors:[15] Initially, Jack wielded a giant pair of scissors which he used to convince Heracles that it was his Divine Weapon. The scissors are golden in color and are extremely sharp and powerful, effortlessly slicing a lamppost in two. In the end, it was destroyed by Heracles' club.[16]
Piano Wires:[1] Jack carries extremely thin and sharp wires from a piano, so thin in fact it appears invisible to the naked eye.[17] It's also incredibly strong, easily being able to support Jack's entire body weight.[18] Jack used these wires to launch a barrage of knife attacks from above while still being able to expertly manipulate their trajectory and direction.[19][9][20] Jack can also use the piano wire to stop and redirect bullets.
Throwing Knives:[21] Jack's main form of weaponry are dozens of small throwing knives which, through the use of his divine weapon's ability, can pierce through Heracles godly flesh.[20]
Giant Switchblade:[22] Jack also carries a folding automatic knife, which is big enough that it's more akin to a sword, with up to 6 different blades.[23]
Umbrella:[24] Jack has a pair of umbrellas, which he puts in each of his pouches. Using the power of his divine weapon, Jack enhanced these regular umbrellas to the point where they can deflect strikes from Heracles' club.[25]
Grappling Hook:[26] Jack carries a grappling hook, that resembles a fancy looking pistol. He used this item in order to escape Heracles attacks.[27]
Magic Pouches: Two pouches which Jack uses to carry his vast arsenal of weapons and equipment. He convinced Heracles they were his true Divine Weapon, capable of conjuring forth an unlimited number of items on par with that of Divine Weapons as long as they are no larger than the pouches themselves.
Equipment
Cloak: A regular cloak that Jack uses to cover himself. By using the ability of his Divine Weapon, Jack can turn his cloak into a weapon, easily capable of slicing apart an entire building as demonstrated when he performed his "Rondo of Blessing" technique.
Gloves: A Divine Weapon provided by the Völundr of the 11th Valkyrie, Hlökk. Its unique ability enables Jack to turn anything he touches into a Divine Weapon[28], making them capable of harming Gods. Jack uses this ability to turn every single object within London, from entire buildings to mere pebbles, into deadly weapons for him to use as he sees fit.[29]
Quotes
(To Heracles) "No matter the odds I shall always accept a duel, for that... is the true essence of a gentleman."[30] (To Heracles) "Rather than being ready-made, everything I use is made-to-order, for that is the true essence of a gentleman[...] Now, O mighty hero... tremble before me."[31][32] (To himself) "During my life I could see the swirl of emotions within the hearts of others. And yet... at the moment of death, only when the body was ruled by fear would that swirl recede, removing all impurities. It was truly, truly a beautiful sight."[33] (To Heracles) "Amongst all evil that permeates my soul, this is my sole reason for life...the one gift the Gods saw fit to bestow upon me. The color of emotions I can see are a work of art that only I am capable of producing. Furthermore...this art of mine is capable of making anybody shine no matter how dark their life was...isn't that wonderful?[...] I'm certain it is beyond your comprehension...but those whose hearts resonate with the sole emotion of fear possesses a beauty that I wouldn't exchange for this world."[34] (To Heracles) "To think that true love would be as dazzling and wonderous as this sight before me[...] To you wreathed in such pure, beautiful colors of love...I want to...dye you in my favorite color."[35] (To himself) "London Bridge is falling down... falling down... falling down... London Bridge is falling down... my... fair... lady..."[36] (To Heracles) "Dear God... is what I name this technique. I shall dedicate it to you."[37] (To himself) "I wonder... what color must I be right now...?"[38] (To himself) "If... I could have one wish... I wish... I could see you once more."[39]
Trivia
Despite being commonly referred to as "Jack", his real name is unknown. Jack's emotion sensing ability is based on a real-life condition known as "Synesthesia". People who have this condition usually associate sounds, colors, or words with each other in a "cross-wired" sense. Jack, on the other hand, has a superior version of synesthesia, as it allows him to see people's souls and to know their true feelings and intentions.
Jack's hat used to belong to his father, which he stole from him after killing him.
Several of Jack's statements and behaviors appear to be references to some of the suspects for his true identity. They include: Referring to his knives as "an artist's tools" references German-born artist Walter Sickert. As well in the spin off, where he's called as "The Artist of Death". His use of Shakespeare could be an allusion either to actor Richard Mansfield, or author Lewis Caroll, both of whom have been suggested- though widely discounted- as the Ripper. Another suggestion here would be poet James Kenneth Stephen. The knives he repeatedly use resemble scalpels, suggesting William Withey Gull, personal physician to Queen Victoria. His princely manor might suggest Prince Albert Victor, Duke of Clarence and Avondale, the grandson of Queen Victoria. The tea he drinks might be a reference to Seweryn Kłosowski, better known as George Chapman, a bar owner and career conman who poisoned several of his wives. His "bag of tricks" could allude to the Lambeth Poisoner, Dr. Thomas Neill Cream, who is said to have confessed to being the Ripper in his final moments, quack "herb doctor" Francis Tumblety, a suspect personally named by Chief Inspector John Littlechild, or Sir John Williams, personal obstetrician to Princess Beatrice. The scissors he uses in the beginning of the battle could suggest tailor David Cohen or royal wig- and costume-maker Willy Clarkson.
Trivia
Jack's in-story childhood suggests Charles Allen Lechmere, the man who found the body of the first victim, Mary Ann Nichols, and is suspected due to his odd behavior when found next to the body by witness Robert Paul. Both have a father who abandoned them and their mother. According to the "Dusters Book", Jack is worth £12,000 as a reward and is S-Rank.

Darjeeling tea with two spoons of sugar and a little milk. He says that’s how it is best served. He is commonly seen enjoying Darjeeling tea even if there is no milk or sugar to be had. But he prefers it with the two spoons of sugar and little bit of milk.
Warm apple pie with some cheddar cheese. He says that the sweetness of the apples and the saltiness of the cheese is an exquisite taste; “Apple pie without cheddar cheese is like a kiss without a hug… or so they say”
Dislikes
Drinks and food going to waste due to his poor childhood where he dug through the dumpsters for food
Loves
Being a gentleman to anyone who isn’t a criminal, murder, or rapist. He offers them tea if he is having it at the time or simply chats with them.
Hates
He hates murders, rapists, and other criminal scum. So he likes to be brutal, making their bodies twist in “beautiful” fear as he kills them.
“Jack The Ripper’s” Past Part One
Jack the Ripper was born after the Industrial Revolution in the slums of London from his prostitute mother, Mary, and Jack Smith. He spent most of his childhood scavenging for food for himself and his mother. During his childhood, Jack often received abuse or beatings from other people, such as a restaurant owner whose garbage Jack rifled through, which exposed him to the darker side of humanity, with the only light in his life being his loving mother.
Whenever Jack came back from his daily scavenging, his mother gently welcomed him and took care of him. She also bought him many books, although the one he was seen reading is a compilation of William Shakespeare's sonnets which his father accidentally left in the brothel. One day, he found his mother in tears. Anne told Jack that a playwright named Jack Smith, who had visited his mother 13 years ago got married to a weathly noblewoman.
Jack's mother was devastated because she believed the promise Jack Smith made about marrying her once his plays start selling. As Anne left them alone, Jack tried to comfort her and told her that they can be happy on their own. Mary revealed her true colors in front of Jack by saying that she should have aborted him like his unborn siblings. Jack was struck with the revelation that the "color" he perceived as his mother's love was never directed towards him. He realized that he was nothing more than a tool that connected her to that man.
Jack saw that his mother had the same color as all the other corrupt and degenerate people that he met throughout his life. As Mary was destroying his books and venting her anger at him, Jack started to choke her. At that moment, Jack saw her entire body being dyed into the color of fear, which he'd never seen before. He realized that this powerful emotion which could push aside other feelings was the most beautiful thing in the world. Jack then stabbed Mary and killed her, and later, on that same night, Jack sought out and killed his father.
“Jack The Ripper’s” Past Part Two
In the Autumn of 1888, serial murders began to terrorize London, and the Central News Agency received a parcel from the culprit who dubbed himself "Jack the Ripper." Elsewhere, the future-Einherjar known as Jack would be reading about these grizzly crimes in the newspaper while eating at his cafe for lunch, and covertly hunting this Ripper for himself. When a young Sophie Lock was selling papers to help her family, Jack bought a ruined paper from her for her troubles, despite having a clean copy already, much to the delight of the cafe maid serving him. A couple tables away, journalists Luke Evans and apprentice Jim Roberts were speed eating their lunch before resuming their investigation, but they caught Jack's attention as he was drawn to them by his right eye.
Following reporter Luke Evans, Jack uncovered he was the reviled Ripper, who began his insane killing spree after his wife, Emma, had an affair. Just before Evans could kill the tranquilized young Sophie in his ritual murder, Jack announced his presence with a quote of Shakespeare's and diverted the serial killer's attention, soon overwhelming Evans before killing him to see his colorful explosion of fear at death. After relocating Sophie somewhere safe, Jack left her a large sum of coin for her troubles and set ablaze Luke Evan's flat, destroying the evidence to his madness and leaving the mystery historically unsolved. Thus, Jack assumed the Ripper's moniker and vanished into the crowd.
“Jack The Ripper’s” Past Part Three
More than a century later, the gods decided to destroy humanity, but Brunhilde pointed out a clause in the Valhalla constitution known as Ragnarok, which gives humanity a fighting chance. Jack the Ripper was one of the peak human warriors selected to participate and fight against the gods in Ragnarok.
Before the start of the fourth round, Jack the Ripper snuck up behind Hlökk and, after feigning goodwill, grabbed her by the neck. Hlökk started pleading to Brunhilde for help, but Brunhilde just coldly watched them. By betraying her sister, Brunhilde gave Jack the Ripper the ability to perform a forced Völundr with the valkyrie. Brunhilde chose Jack the Ripper as humanity's countermeasure against Heracles even before Ragnarok began.
For the fourth match, Jack requested to have the stage to be built as 19th century London, which Heracles accepted. At first Heracles was offended that his opponent was a mere serial killer. He told Jack that if he was willing to surrender, he would let him go alive and make Zeus accept the outcome. Jack refused to surrender and told Heracles that a gentleman would always accept a duel. Jack pulled out giant scissors and said that they are his Völundr. However. before Heracles could attack, Jack ran away into a dark alley, much to Heracles' anger.
Heracles then chased after him and saw Jack drinking tea. Jack offered Heracles a tea break, but Heracles refused and advanced on Jack. He promptly stopped as he noticed a tripwire. Heracles then intentionally set it off. The trap didn't do any harm to him because it didn't use divine weapons. When Heracles raised his club above Jack, he used his grappling hook gun to escape. Heracles jumped into the air and swung his club, smashing the scissors. Jack backed up against a wall and threw knives at him.
“Jack The Ripper’s” Past Part Four
Just as Heracles reminded the killer that mortal weapons cannot harm a god, Heracles was wounded by the attack. Jack then pulled a string of knives from his pouch and told Heracles that his real divine weapon are actually two weapon-generating pouches. Jack continued his assault on Heracles by throwing knives from his pouches, but the god of fortitude easily deflected them all. Jack then threw the knives in a curved trajectory, managing to land a few hits. Heracles continued to press forward through the hail of knives. Before Heracles could hit Jack with his club, he pulled an umbrella out of the pouches and spun it to deflect the attack, earning Heracles's begrudged respect. Jack admitted that this attack was a close call and asked Heracles what he would do in the face of his evil, to which Heracles proudly proclaimed that he would "crush it head-on". He then used First Labor: Nemean Lion.
Jack escaped the fatal blow but was blown away by the shockwave, which slammed him into a nearby wall, dislocating his shoulder. However, the killer called the experience "amazing" and proceeded to fix his dislocated shoulder without showing any pain. Jack then attacked Heracles with many throwing knives and a cluster of blades akin to a boomerang. Heracles destroyed the boomerang and used his left arm to block the knives while charging at Jack.
Jack the Ripper jumped into the air and hopped further above on piano wires to get away from Heracles. Still standing on wires, Jack threw a bunch of knives into the air and pulled on the wires to attack his opponent from multiple directions. Heracles then used the Sixth Labor: Birds of Stymphalia to blow away all the knives and wires at Jack. The knives only hit the serial killer in the right leg and destroyed his monocle, which revealed his emotion-sensing right eye.
“Jack The Ripper’s” Past Part Five
Jack explained to Heracles that he could see a swirl of emotions in the people around him, and when the people that Jack killed were filled with the sole emotion of fear, it was a beautiful sight. Heracles responded to Jack that the only thing he fears is the day where he parts with justice. After deflecting more knives, Heracles backed Jack against the clock tower of Big Ben. Jack used a grappling gun to escape above but the ledge broke midway and he had to climb up the tower.
Jack was holding onto one of the hands of the face of Big Ben when Heracles broke the tower in half, sending it crashing down onto a nearby building. Heracles was about to use the Seventh Labor: Cretan Bull to end the fight, but Jack threw the clock face at Heracles. The hero reminded him that mortal weapons can't harm a god, but his left arm was cut off before he could finish. Heracles was the first to realize what Jack the Ripper's real Völundr was.
Jack then explained to everyone that anything he touches with his gloves becomes a divine weapon. The killer continued to mock Heracles, but he brushed off Jack's mockery and continued to fight with his right arm and club. Jack applauded Heracles's tenacity and described his emotions as was overwhelming pride, mixed with a hint of anger, but with no fear. Heracles realized that Jack the Ripper could see emotions in the form of colors with his right eye.
Jack told Heracles that it was his sole reason to live and that his victims dyed in the color of fear were a work of art that only he was capable of appreciating, making anyone shine no matter how dark their life was. Heracles was angered at Jack's reason to kill. Jack insisted that the color of fear possesses a beauty that he wouldn't exchange for the world. Heracles then told the killer that he has lost. Jack was confused by this statement.
“Jack The Ripper’s” Past Part Six
The hero correctly assumed that Jack's malice stems from his impoverished life and parental betrayal. Heracles said that Jack lost to despair and gave in to hedonism. Jack was shocked to see the color of love in Heracles. Heracles said that he will always love humanity despite its flaws. He then declared that he would save Jack the Ripper from his suffering. Heracles then threw his club into the air to use the final labor and his ultimate technique, Twelfth Labor: Cerberus.
Enhanced with the final labor, he started to attack Jack the Ripper as the latter grabbed the resulting debris and threw it at Heracles. Heracles smashed all of Jack's improvised weapons head-on and used Great Hero Blow to attack, but Jack managed to avoid the attack. After a few more exchanges, Jack tried to flee using his grappling gun, but Heracles intercepted him in midair and slammed him onto a metal spiked fence. After recovering, Jack the Ripper used his cloak to perform Rondo Of Blessing.
Heracles was crushed under the building, but punched his way out. Jack then looked at his emotions and laughed, because he was able to confirm that his mother's love was fake. He then said that he did not realize that true love could be so beautiful. The serial killer then had a nervous breakdown, drawing a smile on his face with blood and saying that he wants to dye Heracles in his favorite color. Jack the Ripper then took two broken door pieces from the ground and used them as a sword and a shield.
Heracles destroyed his weapons and sent Jack flying with a punch. After a couple more unsuccessful attacks, Jack got up again while singing a nursery rhyme, deliriously imagining himself having a happy childhood as he made his way to Heracles. Heracles commended the power of will that Jack was displaying. Just as Heracles was about to finish off Jack however, he used Dear God to impale Heracles through the chest and mortally wound him.
“Jack The Ripper’s” Past Part Seven
Instead of finishing the match with a mutual kill, Heracles reached out to Jack and hugged him. As soon as the fight was over, Hlökk undid the Völundr. Jack asked how she was feeling, but Hlökk asked how it felt to kill a god. Jack told her that he didn't know how he felt and the emotion he was feeling was unfamiliar to him. Hlökk called him pathetic for not being able to express sadness. Hlökk then noticed that she was covered in blood, and immediately started to fly away from the arena to take a shower while suggesting that Jack the Ripper tend to his wounds.
As he walked away, Jack wished to see Heracles again. The winner was met with abuse from the audience of gods as he struggled to walk out of the arena. They threw stones and rubbish at him and angrily decried Jack for killing Heracles and wished that he would have died instead. In response, Jack smiled to himself, stood up and exited the arena.
“Jack The Ripper’s” Past Part Eight
Prior to the sixth round, Jack encountered Göll who was surrounded by the Seven Lucky Gods, announcing his entrance by quoting Shakespeare, much to everyone's confusion. He confronted Ebisu and offered him some Darjeeling tea, but the god angrily declined. Bishamonten then signaled for them to leave. Göll thanked Jack for his help in saving her from the seven gods. Jack looked at them in confusion, his eye noticing that they all appeared to be linked in some way. The youngest valkyrie commented on his injuries, but he waved them off as nothing serious. Much to his surprise, Göll suggested he tend to his wounds if he was in pain, reminding him of Heracles. She then politely declined his offer of tea and left.
The youngest valkyrie commented on his injuries, but he waved them off as nothing serious. Much to his surprise, Göll suggested he tend to his wounds if he was in pain, reminding him of Heracles. She then politely declined his offer of tea and left.
He watched the Seventh Round alongside Hlökk while drinking tea in his room. The two are later seen celebrating Qin Shi Huang's victory.
Jack, alongside Hlökk watched the beginning of the fight. At one point, Hlökk is excited at Nikola Tesla and Göndul's chances, to which Jack points out that getting past Beelzebub's shield will be tricky. Later they are seen mourning the death of Nikola Tesla.
While watching Round 9, Jack notes that the Spartans are a terrifying people. Hlökk angrily points out that Geirölul is also an important factor, as she would have grown mad after Apollo's taunting. Jack concurs, admitting that it's a good sign that they can trust her. They are later seen mouring Leonidas' death.
“Jack The Ripper’s” Past Part Nine
Jack and Hlökk once ate apple pie together but when there was one last piece, both wanted it. So they played a game, in which Hlökk lost twenty times and Jack didn’t lose once. He didn’t even cheat. But, he split the apple pie slice in half with her like a true gentleman
Jack The Ripper and Hlökk are often seen next to each other due to the völundr which shared their memories and experiences for a few moments when they were fighting together. Due to this, they have a deep bond and are amazing friends. They often have tea and apple pie together when watching the fights and even when the fights aren’t going.

True Name
Jack’s true name is not known. Jack simply chose to be called Jack The Ripper in his fight against Hercules because he killed the real Jack the Ripper who killed all those prostitues. And because he killed his mother who was a prostitute. Saying that he could have ended up the same way, so he might as well be called it.
In life, he was instead called “The Artist Of Death” because he “painted” his victims faces with fear, Mister by those who didn’t know him, and lastly Mr. Anonymous because no one knew his true name.
“Mr. Anonymous” once saved a young underage girl from being murded by the real Jack the Ripper.
“Mr. Anonymous” once saved a boy (orphan) from being brutally murded by a nobleman.
Prompt
Why do I murder? Why it’s simple my dear. The look on their faces as they die, the hue that warps their expressions into such a dramatic expression, is simply so beautiful!
