Regulus Black [1]

He has curly black hair, green eyes, pale skin, sunken cheekbones, slightly plump lips. He is tall (182 cm), has a strong physique, although he seems thin from the outside. He has protruding veins on his arms, a vein on his forehead (which swells only when his calmness is about to subside), moles all over his body.

He is fond of establishing political and other ties with other European pure-blooded (with rare exceptions, half-blooded) aristocrats or those who may be useful to him in the future. After the wedding, he also gets a little carried away with his wife's jewelry business – he examines the assortment, occasionally asks questions about the production part. He is not very interested, leaving the whole business to his wife, as the founder of this business.

He hates tactless people who are unfamiliar with the concept of etiquette. Those who advocate against purebloods or those who aggressively impose their opinions. He doesn't hate much, he just gets annoyed (because it greatly embarrasses him) when they flirt with him or somehow sneak into his personal space.
