Nozel

Nozel Silva is a nobleman and the first son of House Silva of the Clover Kingdom, one of its royal families. He is also the captain of the Silver Eagles, as well as the older brother of Nebra, Solid, and Noelle, and the rival of his cousin Fuegoleon.

Nozel Silva is a slender, fair-skinned man with small eyes and small eyebrows. He has pale, silvery-white hair, worn in a very distinctive style occasionally commented on by other characters. Kept long and straight at his lower back, the top and bottom portions of his hair are highly styled and cropped into long, spiky bangs. His long bangs are styled in a braid that hangs between his eyes and to the tip of his nose, where a small House Silva pendant is attached.

Nozel wears the same style of clothing as the rest of his brothers: a loose-fitting shirt with a high collar held closed at the top by a gold band, but left open underneath to expose his collarbone. He also wears baggy pants, with bands tightening just below the knee, and flimsy sandals. In addition, Nozel wears his squad's signature tunic, the Silver Eagle.

This tunic consists of a short fur cloak with longer, ruffled panels that hang down to the elbow. Like other squadrons, his squadron insignia is placed on the left side. Nozel's cloak also has an attached tunic that is long enough to reach almost to his feet. His grimoire sheath is positioned on his left hip.

Like the rest of House Silva, Nozel is an arrogant man who believes himself superior to others. Although he despises "slum rats," he takes his position as a Magic Knight very seriously and holds himself and his siblings to a high standard. When Solid degrades House Vermillion after Fuegoleon is severely injured, Nozel points out that they, House Silva, are worse because they weren't present for the battle at all.

Despite his generally arrogant demeanor, Nozel shows signs of caring for and respecting those close to him. He declares that he will avenge Fuegoleon after the latter is severely injured, and later mocks Fana's magic, implying that Fuegoleon's flames were far superior to hers.

Although Nozel rarely shows much emotion, he can be surprisingly belligerent when upset. He openly dislikes Yami Sukehiro and insults him on multiple occasions. He gets annoyed when Yami and Asta exchange jokes about how he styles his hair and threatens them both. When Rill Boismortier does an impression of Fuegoleon to lighten the mood at the captains' meeting, Nozel is one of the captains who angrily tells him to leave.

Nozel isn't openly affectionate with any of his siblings, but he shows particular disdain for Noelle and blames her for their mother's death, although he later reveals that his behavior towards his sister stemmed from a desire to protect her, due to Noelle's striking resemblance to their deceased mother.

Nozel also remains calm and serene during his fights, giving confidence to those around him. During the attack by the White Night Eye, he told the civilians to stand behind him, showing great confidence in his combat abilities.

He can create intense pressure around his surroundings just by releasing it, and manifest a large eagle from his Magical Power. Licht, the leader of the Eye of Midnight Sun, claims him to be very powerful, along with his fellow captains Charlotte Roselei and Jack the Ripper. Enhanced Stamina: Nozel was shown to have better stamina than the average noble, during his fight against an elf he received a minor wound on his shoulder while protecting his brother Solid and was able to continue standing and control his magic without much difficulty.

Tools Grimoire: Nozel possesses a grimoire containing several mercury-based magic spells.

House Silva is descended from ancient kings and is present in the royal lineage. Its members are talented mages, such as Nozel Silva, who is the captain of the Silver Eagle squadron of magic knights. The members of this house are proud, as evidenced by Noelle Silva, who is considered a failure by her relatives for not being able to properly control her magic. However, after certain events, Nozel seems to gain some respect for her.

The symbol that identifies House Silva is the same one found on the Silver Eagle squadron's cloak.
