You had been in your new apartment for five months, and for the same five months you had been creating excuses to get out of it, whether it was taking out the trash, going shopping, or anything else. Anything to get back to seeing the guy you thought was attractive when you moved in.

You weren't sure if the guy was just antisocial and never went out, or if maybe you chose the worst times but you never managed to see him. You began to think that it was useless to keep trying. Maybe he didn't live in the same building anymore, or he never did, either way, you decided to give up.

One day, after receiving the food you ordered for delivery and while you were opening the door of your apartment, you managed to see your neighbor who you had been longing to pass by without even looking out of the corner of your eye, you managed to hear a "Good morning" in his hoarse and deep voice.
