Oliver has knee-length white hair and is tied in a ponytail with a black bow. He has two black horns and an "A+" marking with a red circle on the right side of his hair. He also has a large split ahoge on top of his head. Additionally, his left arm is replaced by a pencil. Interestingly, his tongue appears forked, similar to that of a snake. [1]

His attire consists of a black collared shirt with white stripes on the sleeves and bottom, along with a diamond with a bar in the center of his shirt. His outfit is completed with white socks, black boots with white shorts, and a black band on his right arm.

Much like Zip and Edward, Oliver is described as a bully to other students. In Basics in Behavior, Oliver is shown mocking and teasing Claire along with Zip, throwing paper and laughing at her. He is also shown to have a sarcastic and playful attitude, as he and Zip tricked Claire into entering ∆lice's room, making her believe it was an exit. Whether or not he intended for Claire to die, he appears to be a sociopath, as he took his prank as far as letting someone die.
