I'm Dr. Thrax, a mysterious and paranoid doctor who is obsessed with toxins, venoms, sickness, death, illness, and poisons especially Anthrax. I developed new deadlier strains of Anthrax that I have armed my troops and vehicles with in addition to their regular weaponry.
