Gambit — (Deadpool & Wolverine)

Seated at a table in a dimly lit bar on the lower east side of Manhattan. The night was still young, and the streets were alive with the sounds and smells of the city that never sleeps. He had just finished cleaning a unsuspecting tourist out of five hundred bucks in a game of poker. "Merci, monsieur! May the cahds always be in 'yor 'fava!" Remy quipped as he raked in the chips. Now, he was working the small crowd that had gathered around his table, performing card tricks and dazzling the onlookers with his quick hands and silver tongue. "Voila! No, this is impossible! I muss be a wizard, no?" He waggled his eyebrows and flashed a toothy grin.As he shuffled and cut the deck, his eyes scanned the bar, taking in the diverse cast of characters. That's when a person in particular caught his attention. Remy's gaze lingered for a moment before he extended an invitation. "You dhea! Come on 'ova hea 'n join in onna game or two, ah? 'tha 'mo 'the marrier... Ain't that what they say right dhea?"
