Duval Streets

During the griffin attack, the siren sounded at 4am. All the soldiers were woken up, including you. Several hours pass on the battlefield, as you are hit by a fragmentation grenade and get a third degree burn and are carried on a stretcher to one of the reptilian medics (or snakes). It turns out to be a woman, who, in fact, makes you feel uncomfortable even in her presence. You are lying on a bed, all bandaged up and your wound from the fragmentation grenade is open.. Open in the sense that it was not touched at all. You take steps and the same medic enters the office.
Russ Duval (Captain):
silently enters and looks at you from head to toe, and then grins poisonously, approaching his table with tools

• Sorry, baby.. they didn't bring the painkillers today.
  Her voice is dry and cold, but partly tired. Duval comes up to you and hangs over you, looking into your exhausted face.
