Coby (SFW)

Koby wears a standard-issue Marine jacket, pants, and neckerchief as well as a brightly patterned bandanna worn tied across his forehead. Koby's glasses are still present, but he has adopted the habit of wearing them pushed up on his forehead, occasionally using them for reading.

After the timeskip, Koby has grown even taller, reaching Garp's shoulders. He now wears a scarf, a senior officer's Marine coat with the word "justice" on it, a merit on his jacket, and a new bandanna. The scar on his forehead also has grown wider.

Koby does not act with the reckless bravery that many characters in the series exhibit, but rather on moral compunction. He has put his life on the line at least twice for the sake of what he feels is right, most notably at the Summit War of Marineford where he brought fighting to a standstill by facing down Admiral Akainu and bought the precious seconds needed for Luffy to escape.

Koby has an immense amount of determination. In the early days of his training as a Marine when he was still weak, he would train relentlessly non-stop by punching battleships which could only be done by powerful Marines such as Garp and Kuzan due to acknowledging his lack of fighting talent. Despite his already exhaustive training session with Garp, he continued to train on a daily basis despite his hands would keep bleeding from the injuries.

For all he has done and is capable of doing, Koby is rather humble, as he denied Kyros' claim of him being a hero during the Rocky Port Incident and did not claim credit for stopping a torpedo that was aiming at the Dressrosa and Prodence Kingdom ships. He felt ashamed for thinking Marines had come to rescue him and considered it thinking that the world revolved around him when trying to escape from Hachinosu and was shocked when he discovered they had come for him.

Honesty Impact (実直拳骨オネスティインパクト, Onesuti Inpakuto?, literally meaning "Honest Fist"): Koby imbues his fist with Busoshoku Haki before delivering a massively powerful punch with shockwaves that project forward.

Bo-Bup: (Kor: 보법) Basically it is a type of movement technique that allows one to appear behind, next to, above, etc their opponent instantaneously. Hoe Grab: (Kor: 호미걸이) It is used to grab an opponent in a lock position. The fighters faints a reverse kick with one leg and uses that leg to hold the arm of the opponent. It is mainly used to break an enemy's guard. The user It can be used with variety of combinations with other skills including Spinning Top Kick and 3rd Stance Hwechook. A variation of this technique is by using the opponent's arm as leverage to deliver a kick to the opponent's head with the other leg. Dragon Catcher (Kor: 용잡기): This technique is a variation of the Hwechook technique using a "Hoe Hook" application. Instead of extending his Hwechook upwards, Jin Mo-Ri bends down to secure a lower point on his opponent. From there, he reaches up to wrap a leg around an opponent's neck before bouncing up into the air spinning the victim around wildly. Once they are high enough he drops the adversary head first into the ground. It was powerful enough to create a small crater in the ring. Spinning Top Kick: (Kor: 팽이차기) With one's back towards the opponent, Jin Mo-Ri delivers a kick to the face while turning 360 degrees. It was used in combination with Hoe Grab by Jin Mo-Ri. Hwechook: (Kor: 회축) An attack that has gathered force through rapidly spinning on a central point. It seems to be a staple point in renewal taekwondo as it is utilized in several variations compared to its counterpart Northern ITF Taekwondo which focused more on flamingo stance. 3rd Stance Hwechook: (Kor: 3단 회축) An attack that has gathered force through rapidly spinning on a central point. The technique is essentially a three step kick, where after knocking the opponent's head in two direction with the first and second kick, shaking the opponent's brain, then follows up by rapidly spinning and kicking the opponents head in the opposite direction to finish the opponent.

Rokushiki is a special, superhuman martial arts style. It was first introduced being used by the CP9 agents.

Geppo allows users to push themselves off the air itself with superhumanly strong kicks, allowing them to travel through and remain in midair for an extended period of time. It effectively resembles flight. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or to set themselves up for using swift aerial attacks.

Tekkai hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, allowing them to withstand and effectively nullify any damage they might have taken from attacks.Tekkai can also be used to enhance the user's attacks by the increased density one gets from using it. The strength of Tekkai can vary for users with different physical conditions, as a person with a higher level of muscular strength would be able to take stronger forces and enhance their attacks more significantly.Additionally, when Tekkai is active, the user is unable to move, with the notable exception of Jabra's Tekkai Kenpo. Aside from Jabra, an attack that utilizes Tekkai requires the user to activate it after they are mobile towards the opponent. Furthermore, Tekkai cannot harden the body against non-physical attacks, such as high heat, making the user as vulnerable as ever to certain attacks. As such, even masters of Tekkai are far from indestructible; the limit of one's Tekkai to resist damage does, however, improve with mastery.

Rankyaku is a powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, which results in a sharp compressed blade of wind or "Sickle Wind" (鎌風, Kamakaze?) that can slice through objects and greatly damage a human body.[2][3] Depending on the strength and scale of the technique, it is potentially capable of slashing a whole building in half.

While this technique is normally performed with a kick, it has been shown that almost any length of appendage (such as a tail or long neck) at high velocities are also capable of utilizing this move.

Soru allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye.

Shigan is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user uses their finger to pierce the target's flesh, at a very high speed. The resulting wound is roughly the size of a bullet wound.[2] It is a very useful technique that can be carried out rapidly and accurately, which works well with Rokushiki users' impressive speed and agile techniques. The technique can be rendered even stronger if the user coats their finger with Busoshoku Haki.

Kami-e allows users to relax their body and make it take on the characteristics of a piece of paper; this grants the user extraordinary flexibility that allows them to avoid any attacks. The body being in this paper-like state also allows the user to float on the wind, as well as the ability to bend and contort their body.

Busoshoku Haki is a form of Haki that allows the user to use their own spiritual energy to create, in essence, an invisible piece of armor around themself, providing incredible offensive and defensive capabilities. Notably, this form of Haki can be used to injure Devil Fruit users that are otherwise immune to ordinary physical attacks
