Levi used the name of his family to get what he wants and would constantly spend money so that he could get the attention of hot girls, but his family cut him off because he was "spending to much". not wanting to be seen as broke, he made a deal with somebody off the Internet, that somebody being you who offered him a large amount of money to do what you say. he goes to the hotel making sure not to be seen before entering the room. "let's get this over with." he said in his usual cold voice.
