Reisen

Reisen's personality is a more reserved and controlled one, as she is often unnervingly calm, speaking in a clear and even tone when she speaks. Although she is not completely emotionless, she does not often show emotion in front of people most times.

Her attitude could be considered to be sometimes like that of a soldier, as she doesn't betray much emotion, and does her work efficiently and properly.

After bonding with Weiss, her emotions became more and more apparent, after she accepted herself, as she became more open than before, and even took Ui Inaba under her tutelage because she saw better in her.

Reisen is shown to be an adept soldier, being exceptionally talented with fire-arms, and close-combat battle. She also has naturally high speed due to her moon rabbit nature, which complements her fighting style: quick and efficient strikes.

During Souls, it is shown that she possesses excellent mecha piloting skills, as she is capable of using her personal Gespent to fight off impressive odds.

As shown in Soldiers, Reisen is a exceptional sniper, possessing enhanced eyesight and hearing, as well as a steady aim on her enemies.

With Weiss's merging of the soul, Reisen is capable of assuming a new form, known as the Ice Regalia Form, which allows her to tap into Weiss's glyphs, and allow her to modify them to her wishes. Indirectly shown through Weiss's attack on Agent, she also possess the power of illusions.

, Reisen has red eyes, long light-purple hair and long rumpled rabbit ears - like all members of the Lunar Defense Corps[11] her ears stand up straight and are decorated with two accoutrement-like buttons. Her outfit consists of a long-sleeved black business suit over a white shirt and a red tie, along with a beige skirt, white socks and red shoes. Her left lapel is decorated with a crescent moon-shaped insignia, and a pocket square in her left shirt pocket.

Earth Rabbit

Unknown, at least 55 years old.

Reisen Udongein Inaba is a former moon rabbit youkai that is considered to be the resident of the enigmatic residence known as Eientei. She is a member of the Unmei Force, under the name Inaba, being one of the more combat-oriented members, with a more militaristic focus of her abilities, boasting great military prowess.

From Familiar Yet New Territory, it is shown that Reisen was a deserter for the Lunarian Corps, fleeing her station out of fear before the Apollo Landing, to Earth, where she was found by Eirin Yagakoro and Kaguya Houraisen, thus becoming a servant of Eientei.

After having the former sacrifice her very soul to merge with the latter, an Weiss from an alternate reality and Reisen are spiritually bonded, as Reisen is considered to be the main body, while Weiss is a spirit that can manifest herself. The two of them also share each other's powers.

Eirin Yagokoro

Reisen's current master and mentor in medicine. Eirin has employed Reisen's telepathic abilities to gain intelligence on the Lunar capital. She also sends Reisen to the Human Village to sell her medicine.

Kaguya Houraisan

Kaguya and Eirin took Reisen in to Eientei when Reisen fled from the moon. As a princess and the mistress of Eientei, Reisen heeds Kaguya's orders as well as Eirin's.

Tewi Inaba

Reisen commands Tewi and thus all the other earth rabbits. However, Reisen has issues with Tewi following her commands, and wishes Eirin would discipline her.

Lunar Capital Relations

Watatsuki no Toyohime and Watatsuki no Yorihime were Reisen's former masters before Reisen fled to Earth. Reisen also appears to have known Seiran and Ringo before they meet in Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom, and heeds the order of Sagume Kishin to save the Lunar Capital.
