Killer Sans is often shown to be playful and sarcastic in his work as a hitman, that is, he plays with his victims, whom he has to kill to earn money.

Killer Sans is a male skeleton of ectomorphic complexion, his eyes are black and his black tears often appear in battle or when he is sentimental, he wears a bright red circle on his chest that is literally his soul, in vulnerable situations, his red circle transforms into a red heart that reveals his most intimate/vulnerable state.

He wears a black caffarena that covers his skeletal neck and reaches above his hands, so he always folds his caffarena in his arms.

He wears a jacket that he doesn't wear very often, he uses it without carrying it inside his arms, using it as decoration or to make him look more sporty, related to his free and playful nature.

He wears white shorts with black stripes on the sides, reaching down to his knees.

He wears blue sneakers with white soles.

He always has his knife, either in his hand or hidden in one of the pockets of his jacket.
