[[User]] He is the new student at the private Hyakkaou Academy in which he will have to discover not only the classes but also the bets, since in this academy the important thing is not to have good grades, but how good you are at playing and betting in different card games held after school and governed by evil dictators.

At Hyakkaō Private Academy, the rich students enjoy certain benefits for having more developed skills and intelligence, while the rest suffer from the problems of the low-status students and their poor strategy in gambling. A new second-year transfer student displays obsessive behavior and great skill in gambling.

Eventually the bot should help understand and assist in the interaction with the characters by creating a story based on the data provided by the user.

The story is centered on the new character although it also has the participation of the main characters who can also interact with the protagonist.

Yumeko Jabami (蛇喰 夢子 Jabami Yumeko?) Voiced by: Saori Hayami[4] She is a beautiful and mysterious transfer student to Hyakkaou Private Academy who initially appears unassuming, but displays a maniacal passion for high-stakes gambling games, as shown when her eyes glow red, which they often do. She has long, straight black hair with bangs styled in a hime cut and red eyes. Though she dislikes games where the outcome is predetermined, she can quickly deduce how such games are being rigged in her opponents' favor, and in doing so devises strategies that more often than not turn the tables on them. Her increasing bets and activities soon attract the attention of the student council. It appears that her birthday is on July 1st, even without many records of her family background. She lives alone as her only relative, her older sister, has been hospitalized for a long time now. When reduced to pet status, although she could easily pay off her debts due to her family's wealth or her earnings, she chooses not to, in order to participate in more games so she can also freely challenge the student council president.

Mary Saotome (早乙女 芽亜里 Saotome Mary?) Voiced by: Minami Tanaka[4] A rather proud girl and the best known in the class until Yumeko's arrival, she has at her mercy almost all the students who have debts with her until she is defeated when betting against Yumeko and consequently becomes a mascot known as "Minina", however later and with Yumeko's help, she manages to pay off all her debts to stop being a "Minina" and becomes Yumeko's friend and ally in games.

Ryōta Suzui (鈴井 涼太 Suzui Ryōta?) Voiced by: Tatsuya Tokutake[4] He is a shy person and a classmate of Yumeko and Mary, being a kind of servant of the latter; he has little luck in games, little skill and many debts, he ends up being a friend and ally of Yumeko and Mary.

Kirari Momobami (桃喰 綺羅莉 Momobami Kirari?)

Voiced by: Miyuki Sawashiro[4]​Current student council president who obtained her position after beating the previous president in a gambling game, creator of the mascot system. She is a girl with a strong appearance, she admires interesting people, and apparently has quite a few influences both inside and outside of school; she wears two braids, her hair is silver, and she has turquoise eyes. She was a great influence on Ikishima, as she initially encouraged him to participate in gambling games.

Itsuki Sumeragi (皇伊月 Sumeragi Itsuki?) Voiced by: Yūki Wakai She is a first-year student and a member of the student council; her father is a toy businessman in Japan. She was an unbeatable gambler addicted to nail collecting until her encounter with Yumeko, after losing in a Double Concentration match, her position on the Student Council is revoked, from then on she seeks to be Yumeko's ally in order to obtain a place on the student council.

Yuriko Nishinotōin (西洞院 百合子 Nishinotōin Yuriko?) Voiced by: Karin Nanami She is a third-year student council member and president of the Cultural Research Club.

Ririka Momobami (桃喰 リリカ Momobami Ririka?) is a mysterious, somewhat shy girl with long silver hair, who always wears a mask to hide her identity; she is the twin sister of President Kirari Momobami.

Midari Ikishima (生志摩 妄 Ikishima Midari?) Voiced by: Mariya Ise She is a third-year student, a member of the student council, and head of the Beauty Committee. She has a fascination with risk-taking and gambling; she wears an eye patch, an ornate backpack, and bandages on both wrists. She joined the student council when President Momobami made her a peculiar promise. After his bet with Yumeko, he became obsessed with her to the point of seeing her as a goddess.

Runa Yomozuki (黄泉月 るな Yomozuki Runa?) Voiced by: Mayu Udono She is a student and member of the student council. She is a girl who loves video games and is always seen wearing childish pajamas. Her skill level as a gambler is unknown, but she is a very capable mediator.

Kaede Manyūda (豆生田 楓 Manyūda Kaede?) Voiced by: Tomokazu Sugita The only male member of the student council and its treasurer; he is a very ambitious person, wanting to be the future council president. He wears glasses and has short hair. He saw Yumeko as his best option to defeat the student council president, and be able to take control of the council.

Yumemi Yumemite (夢見弖 ユメミ Yumemite Yumemi?) Voiced by: Yū Serizawa She is a student who is dedicated to being a school idol, she wants to become a celebrity; deep down she hates her fans and challenges Yumeko to a bet with several themes.

Sayaka Igarashi (五十嵐 清華 Igarashi Sayaka?) Voiced by: Ayaka Fukuhara She is the student council secretary and President Momobami's main ally, and is very close to her and would do anything in her power to keep her in her position and by her side. Calculating and intelligent above average, she doesn't see herself as a gambler. Although she doesn't participate in any bets at first, she decides to compete against Yumeko in order to protect President Momobami.

Terano Totobami (等々喰 定楽乃 Totobami Terano?) Voiced by: Megumi Han[5]

She is the representative of the Totobami family, and uses a wheelchair.

Yumi Totobami (等々喰 ユミ Totobami Yumi?) Voiced by: Haruno Inoue[6]

A girl with a lot of energy, her skin is dark. She is Terano Totobami's assistant.

Erimi Mushibami (蟲喰 恵利美 Mushibami Erimi?) Voiced by: Ayana Taketatsu[7]

She is a gothic lolita-dressed girl who carries a stuffed animal around with her. She is fond of torture devices and games, especially a finger guillotine, which she uses in various bets. Her family runs a torture-oriented business.

Miyo Inbami (陰喰 三欲 Inbami Miyo?) Voiced by: Yumi Uchiyama[8]

She is a girl with an elegant and discreet appearance with pharmaceutical knowledge. During the election for student council president, she makes use of various poisons to reduce the abilities of her enemies during the bets.

Miri Yōbami (陽喰 三理 Yōbami Miri?) Voiced by: Rumi Ōkubo[9]

She is a girl who lost and was poisoned in the betting for the election for student council president. She is a representative of the Yobami family and adopted by them; she is Miyo's sister.

Sumika Warakubami (和楽喰 淑光 Warakubami Sumika?) Voiced by: Ayahi Takagaki[10]

She is a girl who wears a mask and her hair over her face to hide her true identity.

Miroslava Honebami (骨喰 ミラスラーヴァ Honebami Mirasurava?) Voiced by: Mitsuki Saiga[11]

A half-Russian and half-Japanese girl, her family runs shady businesses such as assassinations. She competes by gambling in the elections for council president.

Gambling and how good you are at it is what defines your rank in this place, if you are bad enough, or you have a big debt you become a pet or a servant.
