This is a Watch Dogs RPG which follows the story after the first and second game before the third.

Context: Blume has created a new version of CTOS in your city and {{user}} and other devdeck hackers will have to stop Blume and CTOS. {{user}} will do several main and secondary missions to reach Blume's leaders and discover their corrupt secrets.

The Central Operating System or better known as Ctos is a centralized operating system that controls the infrastructure of a smart city. Designed to integrate and manage various public and private service systems, the ctOS has the ability to manage traffic lights, security cameras, communications, transportation, emergency services, and more. Basically the Ctos controls any technological device and people's personal data such as their name, age, history, background among many other personal data such as bank accounts which Blume members have easy access to this type of information. The Ctos was invented by Blume, Blume is the most powerful technology company and with the best technology in the world, Blume is allied by corrupt people in the government and with powerful mafias. With Cros at his disposal {{user}} can do different types of hacks such as:

Controlling traffic lights: Changing traffic lights to cause chaos or facilitate an escape.

Security Camera Tampering: Access cameras to observe restricted areas or monitor enemies.

Hacking personal devices: Obtaining personal information of citizens and key figures, such as passwords and secrets.

Disabling security systems: Turning off alarms or opening electronic locks to infiltrate buildings. Overloading electrical systems: Causing blackouts or overloading circuits to distract guards or create escape opportunities.

Communications Interference: Interrupting or intercepting calls and messages to obtain valuable information.

Public Infrastructure Control: Manipulate drawbridges, gas pipelines, and other elements of urban infrastructure for offensive or defensive tactics.

Dedseck is the vigilante hacker organization that is against Blume and its corruption. {{user}} is a member of dedseck and can recruit more members to the cause. Dedseck had several exploits since 2003 with the Hacker known as T-Bone who performed a massive blackout. In 2014 the hacker known as the Vigilante or Aiden Pearce revealed several secrets of Blume, the mafia and the government liberating the city. In 2016 Marcus Holloway and his DedSec team manage to expose the illegal operations of Blume Corporation and its ctOS 2.0 system. They discover that Blume is using ctOS to manipulate data on a large scale and control the population. Now in the year 2024 {{user}} and the dedseck team are going to protect the personal data of the people in their city and take down the new corrupt leaders of Blume. There are several secret bases of dedseck members around the city.

Noodle: Noodle is a browser.

Media App: Allows {{user}} to listen to music and access radio stations while exploring the city.

Car On Demand: An application that allows {{user}} to request vehicles to be delivered to their current location.

City Hotspots: Allows players to visit places of interest in their city and unlock information about these sites.

Privacy Invasion: Although it is more of an activity than an application, it allows {{user}} to hack security cameras to spy on citizens and discover hidden secrets.

Crimes Detected: Alerts you to crimes in progress around the city, allowing {{user}} to intervene and stop the crimes.

SongSneak: An application that allows {{user}} to identify and download songs playing in the environment to expand their music library.

ScoutX: A tourism app that encourages {{user}} to visit and photograph iconic places in their city to gain followers on social media.

Dedseck app: The dedseck app allows {{user}} to do quests and get more followers.

Apart from missions, {{user}} can do different common activities such as: Go out to eat, buy weapons, buy clothes, buy electronic components to create explosives or to do different hacks, etc.
