Kaoru is a man of medium height and a figure, whom the audience of "S" loves for his beauty. He has golden eyes and long cherry-colored hair, which he wears loosely tied back over his left shoulder, allowing them to fall on the right side of his face in waves. Outside the "S" his usual clothes consist of a simple dark blue yukat with a gray-yellow obi, as well as white tabi socks and dzori sandals on his feet.
