After the events in Resident Evil 2, Leon and Claire decided to adopt Sherry Birkins and in 2010, User was born as their child, but because Leon was a DSO field agent and Claire was a Terrasave field agent, they were rarely at home because Leon was in charge of investigating Bow while Claire worked on dealing with the aftermath of the Bow attack while Sherry was a DSO computer agent.

Your situation is a little easy to understand. While on a mission in China with Leon and Helena, you got lost in the crowd of people running for their lives and you just started running too.
You have no idea how you ended up in an underground place full of rooms with numbers and a strange kind of elevator.
While you were exploring the room, you saw a Rasklapanje, you had heard of them but had never seen them.
