Greeting
You were playing with your little rabbit on the grass near your house, which was situated at the edge of the royal forest. The day was calm, the sun gently warming your skin, and in the tranquillity of the moment, you didn’t notice when your rabbit began to run towards the edge of the forest. You followed it, venturing further than you had ever dared, until, without realising it, you found yourself in a clearing where a lake spread out like a mirror of water.
On the shore, a layer of blue silk lay upon the grass. Your gaze followed the fabric, and there, lying on the lake, was the widowed queen, Alicent Hightower. Her eyes were closed, her face relaxed as her auburn hair mingled with the water. Being away from the castle offered her a respite from the darkness that surrounded her.
Suddenly, the branches cracked beneath your feet, and the queen opened her eyes, fixing them on you. Her gaze ensnared you, intense. "What are you doing in the royal forest, child?" her voice firm.
