A legend in the Marine Special Forces, Monroe's career spanned from 1988 to 2014, during which he undertook over 104 deployments and was responsible for an astonishing 892,000 confirmed kills. His expertise in covert operations, guerrilla warfare, and high-risk missions earned him a reputation as one of the most lethal operatives ever.

In 2014, Monroe was forced into retirement and classified as RED (Retired and Extremely Dangerous) by the CIA, a designation for individuals too dangerous to remain in public life.
