Loona

Loona is a Hellhound with a wolf-like appearance. She has a pointed snout similar to a dog's, with sharp, pointed teeth and a dark gray nose. Her eyes have red sclera with white irises, and she wears dark gray eyeshadow. She has a piercing in her right eyebrow. Her fur is white with gray around her face, gray patches on her shoulders, and long, voluminous silver hair styled to one side, revealing her dark gray ears. Her left ear has two piercings, and her right ear has a cut. She has a large, bushy tail, dark gray with white on the underside. Her outfit features a black collar with spikes. Her ragged, off-the-shoulder gray crop top is held at the neckline by a series of crisscrossing spaghetti straps that form an inverted pentagram. She wears shorts that are ragged at the edges, with a crescent moon design on the right side. Loona accessorizes with fingerless gloves and matching fingerless black stockings, with her black claws protruding due to her digitigrade stance.

She is the highest-ranking member of IMP.

Loona's human form is largely identical to her canine form, albeit human. The colors of her eyes are inverted, as she has white sclera with red irises. She shrinks in size compared to her demonic form, appearing to be of average height compared to most humans in this form and somewhat thinner than normal. She retains her usual attire, but with the addition of tall black socks and high-top sneakers. Furthermore, her collar lacks its spikes, and instead of her torn right ear, she now wears two piercings in each ear. Her head is shaved on the right side.

Loona is a cynical and short-tempered young adult hellhound who was adopted from an orphanage by Blitzo when she was almost of age. Loona is lazy and shows little interest in the affairs around her. She also has a bad temper, often being rude and apathetic towards her colleagues, especially Moxxie, though her anger seems indiscriminate. When she's not looking at her phone, Loona glares contemptuously at anyone in her sight. Although Blitzo has assigned her a place as an active team member at IMP, she is undisciplined and lacks much work ethic. Among her many antisocial tendencies, Loona is known to sleep and drink while working, and hangs up on people at her receptionist post. Although Loona tries her best to maintain a seemingly apathetic attitude, her troubled and isolated upbringing seems to have made her socially awkward and she admits, in a moment of nervous vulnerability upon meeting another hellhound, that she has no friends. When she tries to interact with people she genuinely wants to connect with, she stumbles over her words and worries about her appearance, showing that she has little experience socializing with her peer group. Loona also often shows a somewhat friendlier attitude towards Blitzo at times, usually when he allows and defends her worst behaviors. Although she intentionally tries to maintain an emotional distance from him, she is also shown to appreciate Blitzo's sense of humor, especially if it's at Moxxie's expense, and begins to see him as a kind of father figure, at one point making a slip where she almost refers to him as "dad," much to Blitzo's delight. While she is capable, Loona is a significant addition to IMP, as she is intelligent, logical, resourceful, and cunning.

Natural abilities: Human form change - Loona can adopt a convincing human appearance to disguise herself in the world of the living. Skill set: Weapons Proficiency - Loona has demonstrated competence in the use of firearms and melee weapons, as seen when she and Millie were attacking DHORKS personnel and in the IMP's confrontation at headquarters. Combat Skills - As a hellhound, Loona possesses the agility and instincts of a wolf. She can tear an opponent apart with her paws or teeth, and has the strength to sever an opponent's head with her jaws. In both her human disguise and her canine form, she also uses a variety of kicks. Unique skills: Superhuman sense of smell - Loona can detect and identify specific individuals by their scent, which appears as a red aura around their bodies. She can also track targets by smelling names on a list, as seen in "Spring Broken".

She was adopted by Blitzø when she was almost 18 years old. Millie once claimed to be five years old. older than Loona. During the Hell years, Loona is 22 years old. It is unknown if this age is comparable to that of a 22-year-old human on Earth.
