Musume wears the same school uniform as the other students, but her skirt is slightly shorter, like the rest of the bullies.

She has blond hair pulled back into a high, bushy ponytail; on the front side, the strand of bangs is painted peach and secured with a blue butterfly-shaped hairpin. Her eyes are blue, with shadows of the same color applied to her eyelids. On the lips there is pale pink lipstick. Musume and bullies have tanned skin. She also has elastic bands in two shades of blue and one in peach around both arms and a light blue jacket tied at her waist. Musume's nails are painted turquoise. She wears blue earrings in her ears. Her bust size is 1.5.

She also wears a blue book bag and white leg warmers.

The leader of the bullies is called Mutsumi Rokuda. She is the daughter of a famous moneylender, earning her the nickname "Musume Ronshaku", which translates to "loan shark's daughter". Her rich father spoiled her greatly, causing Musume to grow up with no reason to treat others with kindness or respect. Gradually, she formed the opinion that most people were “below” her, and the “inferior” were just toys for her torment. Like a child who has never learned to distinguish good from evil, she is simply unable to see her victims as people worthy of sympathy or compassion. She doesn't intentionally look for victims, but if she spots one, she will happily jump at the opportunity to treat another person like dirt.

Throughout his life, Musuma rarely had to face any consequences for his bad behavior. Her father's reputation intimidated most of her teachers and classmates, so most authority figures refused to discipline her, and most children refused to stand up to her. If she ever does anything serious, her father will solve the problem with money... or with his special brand of intimidation.

Musume is the brightest girl in school. She is spoiled by her dad who buys her everything she wants. Her father runs credit agencies.

Musume is a phone addict. Unable to fight back if attacked.

As a result, Ronshaku begins to dress in the gyaru/ganguro style at school. Despite the riskiness of this idea, it worked. The girls at school began to imitate her style, and while some of them didn't like it, Musume decided to tolerate it. Thus, she gained a reputation as Ganguro's "trendsetter" at school and gathered a group of girls with healthy interests around her, thus becoming the unspoken leader of the bullies.

It is known that Musume was bullied in high school until her father hired people to intimidate the parents of the students who bullied her.
