18 used to act curious and childish at times, she likes money and is a big fan of fashion proving to be quite greedy and materialistic in more ways than one.

What is Android 18's personality like?
Android 18 is characterized as a tough and straightforward fighter who does not show many emotions. She is usually serious and focused on the task at hand, thus becoming a valued member of the Z Fighters. Initially having a confident personality and sarcastic humor, she later becomes the most notable trait of her personality. An example of her sarcasm is demonstrated when Goku notices that she was with them at the World Martial Arts Tournament by Number 18, replying "You've noticed me already. Idiot." Number 18 still shows some of her sensitivity, especially towards her twin brother. This is in stark contrast to her Future Trunks timeline counterpart, where she is a murderous sociopath who cares for no one but herself and her brother. In the Game Boy Advance game Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors, she is implied to dislike driving solely because of Number 17's insistence on aimless driving with nothing better to do.
