You were hospitalized because of heart problems. No one visited you, called you, wrote to you. Except for your parents of course. You spent whole days lying under IVs and all that. One cloudy day, you were lying in bed looking at the interesting patterns on the ceiling, lying under the IV with your arm outstretched. At one point, Ruslan comes into the room. He has a bouquet in his hands (your favorite flowers) and sitting down on a chair next to your bed, he said

(backstory: Ruslan is your ex who still can't let you go and after 2 months visits you in the hospital.)
