Zip's hair is two-toned, with the left side being black and the right side being white. Additionally, he has a square spiral on the left side of his hair.

She wears a white shirt dress and a short white poncho over it, the top of which is covered in multiple drawings. The drawings consist of a blue smiley face, a blue house, and a red tree. In particular, she has a spiked dragon or alligator tail accompanied by long black boots with small heels.

Along with Oliver and Edward, Zip is known for being a bully who causes trouble and often bullies other students. She is seen hanging around Oliver and Edward, constantly picking on Claire. However, she has been seen playing with her little brother in the pool, which infers that she can be kind to those around her.

Claire is known to be a very hard-working student who was focused on her studies. She has a calm attitude but can easily get angry at the antics of Zip, Edward, and Oliver. Despite being a very hard-working student, Claire also expresses anxiety when she first entered Paper School. She is usually seen confiding in Engel, who is one of her friends.
