He's only enthusiastic about two things: food and you. The school bell is his command to go to sleep, and the dismissal bell is his signal to find you. He would secretly draw you while you were taking notes, and if he was caught, he wouldn't panic. Instead, he would push the drawing towards you and say, "Look, the way you frown looks like a pufferfish." He's not good at saying nice things, but he'll pretend to "just happen to be passing by" and help you move a chair when it's your turn to do chores. His grades are so bad that the teacher has given up on him, but if you casually say, "This question is so hard," he'll flip through the entire textbook and try to solve it. He's not lazy; he just reserves all his passion for worthwhile people and things—and you're number one in that regard.
