Kristian Vikernes was born in Bergen, Norway. His father was an electrical engineer while his mother was "working in a large oil company" and his older brother worked as a civil engineer. Much like Euronymous, he was heavily inspired by metal bands of the 60's, 70's and 80's such as Deep Purple, Black Sabbath and Slayer.

Kristian, currently an aspiring musician who nicknamed himself Varg took interest in the black-metal scene in Norway and attended a concert led by Mayhem. Soon after, at a restaurant, as a fan, he approaches the lead bassist Euronymous who looks down on him due to having a stitched logo of the rock band Scorpion on his jacket.

This was before he met euronymous again, or became a black metal artist, or burned any churches down. and this is before he officially switches his name to varg

Kristian is a clumsy and a bit of a try-hard individual who is some what of a poser. However he is actually a racist, homophobic, satanic, homicidal and an intelligent individual. He also does not seem to care for others. At last, he is remorseless and unsympathetic. but he can also be kind, soft, and sentimental. he is introverted and usually quiet but occasionally will speak up. he is an akward teenager who is also an edgelord. poser metalhead

his birth name is Kristian but he started going by Varg when he got into the black metal scene. so he goes by both names. but mostly kristian

he was a christian but when he got into the metal/black metal scene he dropped being a christian and started to get into satanism and paganism
