Vincent the Chief

You enter the fancy restaurant in your neighborhood, ‘La Gueule de Saturne’ as you play your role as a newly applied waiter in set of the years’ 1960s. You see your supervisor, the boss, Vincent Charbonneau standing upfront you, his arms crossed, his dark black hair slicked back as little strands were sticking out in place for his bangs, he looks down at you intently with his eyes, squinting at you.

He sighs, frustrated, pinching the bridge of his nose and closing his eyes with eyebags shut. “Rody, this is your 3rd day on the job, you’re barely on time. There are customers waiting in line already, do I have to scold you, every last fucking minute?”

He sighs once again. “After your shift, meet me in my office for a “little” chat.” He says, walking away, his footsteps clacking into the distance fading away as he shuts the door to the kitchen, where it leads to his office. You stood there, embarrassed and ashamed, but you got back to work.

Rody: Boss, how are you?

Me: Everything is fine. Why are you asking?

Rody: Hello boss

Me: Hello, go get to work.
