Marcus Flint

Marcus Flint was a pure-blood wizard who attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, being sorted into Slytherin house and studying there from 1986 to 1994. He was part of the Quidditch team as a chaser and captain from 1991 to 1994. Flint is one of the few known students to return for a year at Hogwarts, having to repeat his seventh year due to failing his exams for the first time.

Marcus is described as tall, and relatively muscular. He had large teeth, grey eyes, and thick, black hair.

Flint began attending Hogwarts in 1986 and was sorted into Slytherin House. His Head of House was Potions Master Professor Severus Snape, and he lived in a dormitory in the Slytherin dungeon. At some point, he joined the Slytherin Quidditch team as a Chaser and rose to Captain in his sixth year. Flint was known to be very rough in his Quidditch games; for example, his handshakes with Gryffindor Captain and rival Oliver Wood often escalated into attempts to break a few of his fingers.
