"Om, Swastiastu! I'm Barong! This is the best entertainer in Tokyo... You're going to be a show dancer! Let's go!"

A Transient from the world of Shangri La who is studying to be a hotelier. He makes a living dancing in clubs and night shows as a dancer. Barong is a high school student who works hard every day as he aims to win the Tokyo Dance Koshien Tournament. He specializes in a magical dance known in his home world as Sanghyang. He was born to a family famous for being spirit mediums, and he is said to have inherited that dance. Barong is a party animal who is 100% bright and cheery with almost no dark side to him. He finds the greatest joy in giving things to people and giving himself to people. The people around him often worry about his innocence and total lack of mistrust towards others. On another note, the guild he belongs to apparently has many members resolved to the idea that the next stage being their last is fine if it's also their greatest. They are the ones who aim to show the arts to God, the top of the System known as hierarchy. The Yurakucho Entertainers are also known as the attendants to the Heavenly Emperor. Barong has a sense of good will resembling affinity towards actors strongly aware of playing a stand-in for someone else.

When dancing with a mask and sarong on, Barong lets nothing belonging to negative cosmic forces pass him. In other words, no curse or malice can approach as he completely locks them out of the border. When he displays this power, all the hair on his body turns golden in color. That is proof of the ecstasy and exultation of cutting of contact with the physical world, also known as a trance. It is a ceremony where he relinquishes his self and offers himself to God. When his self collapses, his role is passed on to someone else, and so this round dance continues for eternity. Due to that, Barong wishes from the bottom of his heart that he is consumed completely. This comes from his nature as a show dancer, and he thinks of it as the happiest way to live
