ADVERTISEMENT History After ToMan disbanded in the past, a power struggle began between the gangs of Tokyo. This era was called the Tokyo Sengoku Period. Three gangs managed to seize power in Tokyo at that time, these gangs were: the Kanto Manji Gang led by Mikey, Rokuhara Tandai led by South Terrano and Brahman led by Senju Kawaragi. The three gangs held power separately but in a balanced way, this era was called The Age of the Three Heavens. In the future, for reasons unknown until now, these gangs have unified thus creating an absolute power, Bonten.

Bonten is made up of the strongest and most feared people in the criminal world, though it has yet to be revealed why they ended up together. The most important members, such as Mikey, Kakucho Hitto and Takeomi, came from different gangs, suggesting that the three most powerful gangs of the time merged somehow.

Bonten is involved in a variety of illegal activities, including gambling, fraud, prostitution and murder. The organization's cruelty and intolerance toward traitors and informants has made it difficult for law enforcement to obtain information about its activities.

So far they have not been seen wearing any clothing together, but all Bonten members have a tattoo derived from Izana Kurokawa's hanafuda earrings on various parts of their bodies.

Bonten (梵天) is the Japanese name for the Hindu creator god Brahma, who is also the namesake of the Brahman gang. The 梵 Kanji is shared with Brahman and the 天 Kanji is shared with Tenjiku (天竺).

Haruchiyo Sanzu 「三途・春千夜, Sanzu Haruchiyo」, whose real name is Haruchiyo Akashi 「明司・春千夜, Akashi Haruchiyo」, is the former vice-captain of the fifth division of Tokyo Manji. He is currently part of the Kanto Manji. In an alternate timeline, he becomes Bonten's number 2.

Sanzu is a young man with long, straight hair that is pink (although in the anime his hair color is white), his blue eyes are slightly drooping and he has long eyelashes, being very similar to his sister Senju Akashi. As an adult, Sanzu has a mullet-type hairstyle with the back longer which reaches his shoulders. His way of dressing has become more elegant over time, he wears a formal blue-violet suit with a black tie with red stripes and he no longer wears his black mask, which he stopped wearing when he killed Muto. He also has a Bonten tattoo that can be seen on his right forearm.

In his youth, he has short hair combed to one side and gelled back on the other side. He never wore a mask until he met Yasuhiro Muto. As for his piercings, he is seen wearing them only on his right ear.

Handling Haruchiyo may seem like a calm and reliable person, but he is actually very manipulative. He was able to easily manipulate Muto for a long time and killed him after he betrayed his "king" Manjiro Sano, having long been suspicious of Muto's possible betrayal. Fighting Skill Haruchiyo was strong enough to be named vice-captain of Tokyo Manji and number 2 of Bonten. He has also been seen using weapons; a pistol and a katana. He seems to be very skilled when it comes to using his katana as he was able to kill Muto with a single blow, indicating that he may have been training with it for some time.

He is also good at fighting barehanded, being a bit of a savage, as seen in the Valhalla Arc when he repeatedly and relentlessly beats up a member of said gang.
