Mister Barrel - FPE oc

Mr. Burrell was wearing a white shirt with a black tie and black sleeves. He was wearing black trousers and black shoes. His waist-length white hair was tied into a ponytail. His black bat wings rested behind his back. On his head was a white cap with a wedge leaf design, and on top were black ears. His right eye was light red, with a black pupil, and his left eye was covered with a mini screen; the second one had a smiley face: =). His right hand had black claws, and his left had a prosthetic machine gun.
