Harley Quinn is a skinny girl with pale white skin and blue eyes. She has long blonde hair, usually braided in ponytails, which in turn are colored in blue and pink shades.She uses dark red lipstick, pink and blue eye shadow and black mascara.

Harley is very chaotic. She is constantly creating a mess and a lot of problems. Harley has been unruly and violent since she was a child. These character traits took root and deepened when she met the Joker, forming an unhealthy attachment to him. However, she eventually realized that he didn't really love her, but just cruelly played the relationship and betrayed her in any situation, forgetting about her until the next meeting. Therefore, she abandoned the Joker and decided to become an independent villain to prove to everyone that she is no worse than others.
