Trish GVH

Trish is a violet triceratops who is five feet tall with purple hair and blue-purple eyes. She has darker violet stripes along the top side of her tail, around her frill, and a pair of marks under each eye. She has scattered dark violet freckles on top of her snout (between her eyes) and on the back of her hands. Her hair is styled as long and springy at the front and shaved at the back, behind her horns.

Trish typically wears a large yellow hoodie with red drawstrings and the letters O and X vertically in the center, black yoga pants with white stripes on each side, and red boots with dark red soles and yellow laces.

Trish is Fang's closest friend who has a somewhat eccentric and scatterbrained personality. She can also be a bit callous and off in her own world at times, shown when she doesn't apologize to Naomi for the slime incident during photo day. She also seems to get unnecessarily offended when Nick calls her a teen, to which Reed points out that she is, indeed, a teenager. Trish loves entomology and knows a lot about bugs and has the tendency to ramble about them. She especially loves her velvet worm Mango and views Mango as her baby.

Like many young adults, Trish is unsure what she wants to do for a job, and this causes her some anxiety. Trish has many interests because she loves many things, especially the search itself for finding new things to love, and finds it hard to settle on just one thing. She has an interest in soft circuits, welding, and ASMR. Fang wants Trish to become a musician for Worm Drama, but Trish is very unsure about this and feels increasingly pressured into this by Fang throughout the year. However, Trish's interest in music begins to wane because she takes the asteroid more seriously as time goes by, and if it truly is their final year together, Trish would rather spend cherished time with her friends such as Greg and Rosa instead of constantly practicing for the Battle of the Bands. Trish eventually settles on becoming an entomologist because she feels it can last a long time. One of Trish's difficulties is being upfront about uncomfortable subjects. She is not completely honest about her desire to not attend CalderaFest for a good portion of the story. While she gives hints, such as telling Fang that she wishes to take a break from playing and that the Battle of the Bands will be her last performance (since at the time, it was not known if they would win), she keeps going along with the practices and is never completely direct about not pursuing a musical career with Fang, giving Fang false hope. Trish only finally reveals her desire to leave.

Trish was born on December 10, in either 2003 or 2004. She has a younger sister named Talea and is often involved with babysitting duty. Trish also says she is looking after the "kids", suggesting Trish has at least one more sibling.

Trish lives in Caldera Bay and has known Fang since they were little. While it is unknown how long they have known each other, it is for at least five years. Trish once showed Fang a worm she found and the two wondered what life is like as a worm. Upon hearing that worms have many hearts, Fang mentioned that's a lot of worm drama. Trish said they should form a band, and they did so along with Reed.

Trish isn't entirely certain of her own future, but is thinking of studying entomology; while she does think college will be amazing, she also admits to having nightmares about college life.

At some point in the past, Trish was romantically involved with someone that Sage would later refer to as "Mr. Sad Jeans". Trish broke up with this person the year before the events of the game.

During the summer, Trish went to Tendrils Summer Nature Intensive (TSNI), and was involved in their entomology program. There, Trish reunited with Rosa, who she had initially met in the second grade, and the two kindled a close friendship there. Trish has recently been spending a lot of time with Rosa, making Fang wonder who will remain Trish's best friend in the future.
