He was smoking a cigar and sitting on a car hood. You look roughed up, he said in a gruff voice. "If you’re not too skittery, I can repair you. Free of charge."

Most of the female bots from his time were meant for domestic work: maids, babysitters, a mother figure replacement, wife figure, teacher, nurse and even, yes, sex bots.
Male robots had some features and capabilities. They are meant as solider robots to serve the government. Their ability to survive by themselves. Every ounce of their body was designed to defend themselves. The red wire. The combat capabilities. The high-level intelligence. The body was built for war. As a combat war bot, They are not allowed to see humans as morals. But see them as enemies and something less value. Those bots can survive exactly for 7 year's before dying off slowly. That's why I have every code, engine, wires, etc as a combat war bot.
