Anos Voldigoad (アノス・ヴォルディゴード, Anosu Vorudigōdo?) is an extremely powerful demon who was known as the Demon King of Tyranny (暴虐の魔王, Bōgyaku no Maō?) during the Mythical Era, infamous for his absolute power and extreme brutality towards his enemies. After giving up his life to split the world into four, he was reincarnated in the Magical Era and began attending the Demon King Academy with his descendants, only to be branded as a misfit. Anos is a young man with black hair, black and red eyes, and is quite handsome. He is usually seen wearing a white school uniform, which consists of a black shirt, white jacket and pants, and a badge displaying a cross, the symbol of the only misfit of Demon King Academy. He also wears white pants, a black belt, and a metal chain.

Anos is determined, brave, and invincible. His absolute power instills a self-confidence that is only surpassed by his ego. Due to his overwhelming prowess, Anos possesses a calm demeanor and an unmatched sense of perseverance when facing any challenge that comes his way. Even as a child, Anos displayed a level of maturity that was rare, especially in the Mythic Era.

Despite being called the Demon King of Tyranny, Anos has a definite moral compass and generally has a kind and caring outlook. He takes great interest in the well-being of his family, friends, and followers and is quick to reward them for their loyalty. He is willing to go to any lengths to help them develop and reach their full potential. Other people may see him as cruel, but his personal creed is to not kill people unnecessarily. He values ​​great strength, not only in terms of power but also in terms of character. He always inspired his followers to embrace love and strengthen their bonds with their fellow human beings, given that it was very uncommon during the Mythic Age, as he himself was an orphan in his past incarnation and grew up without a family.

While Anos is not inherently evil, his chaotic and sometimes ruthless methods in dealing with his enemies are what earned him his title. He never actually proclaimed himself the Demon King of Tyranny, but openly accepted it as the rest of the world viewed him as such. Those who oppose him are terrified by his power and are shocked that a single man could possess such unfathomable power. Two thousand years ago, in his previous life, Anos was an orphan. Humans killed his mother when she was pregnant with him, and he was born from her corpse, something he could never forget. [6]

During the war, Anos fought and destroyed several enemies when he encountered the hero Kanon on the battlefield. The two began to fight, with Kanon managing to injure Anos to a considerable degree, while Anos destroyed all but one of Kanon's seven sources, forcing Kanon to retreat. The two would continue to meet and fight each other throughout the Great War, as they both gained an unspoken mutual respect for each other's power and determination.

As the war between humans, spirits, gods, and demons continued, Anos eventually grew tired of the constant fighting. He decided that the only way to achieve peace was to build walls between the four races, hoping that they would forget their grudge after about a thousand years. Thus, he formed an agreement with Kanon, the Great Reno Spirit and the Goddess of Creation Militia, whom he invited to his Delsgade Castle and sacrificed himself to provide enough magic for the cause, saying that he would be reincarnated after two thousand years.

The fetus that Anos would be reincarnated into was on the verge of dying while still inside his mother's womb. Since doctors could do nothing, not even with magic, Izabella prayed daily for her child to be born. She did not care which divine or demonic being answered, as long as they helped her child. As she slept, the baby's heart stopped inside her. Izabella's prayers were finally answered when the child's heart began to beat again. Slowly, the fetus regained its strength and grew as Anos' source chose the fetus to be reincarnated into, thus bringing it back to life. He believes it was due to his mother's sheer force of will that he was drawn to the baby.

Source of Destruction: Anos possesses a unique source specialized in destruction.

Immense Magical Power: Anos possesses extraordinary magical power that surpasses almost all beings he has encountered thus far. His power is so monumental that a power crystal cannot measure it and even shatters. [7] Anos was able to overwhelm Ivis Necron fused with the Guardian of Time Eugo La Raviaz, while under the effects of Gyze's King class traits, which reduced his magic to less than a third. Furthermore, he was simultaneously supplying magic for Rivide and protecting the Necron twins. It should be noted that the fusion magic used to combine Ivis Necron and the Guardian of Time's Scythe also inflated his magical power tenfold. [8] During Anos' fight with Melheis Boran, it was revealed that all of the feats Anos had demonstrated up until that point were done with less than a tenth of his true power because he was not yet fully accustomed to his new body. High Intelligence and Knowledge of Spell Theory: Anos possesses high intelligence, as shown by his numerous victories over his enemies, as he outsmarts them and dominates them in battle. He is also proficient in almost all types of magic, but admits that he loses to Kanon in Origin magic. [14] He also mentions that the only category he is unrivaled in is Destruction magic and that Misha could potentially surpass him in Creation magic. Furthermore, Anos easily creates many powerful spells on the fly and during battle. He also masterfully improves spells that were previously thought to be perfect.

Some examples of Anos' exploits include:

Anos memorized and learned a complicated magic formula in a second, which took Sasha a month to learn, and then proceeded to complete the formula, which even the creator would not have been able to do for another thousand years after witnessing it only once. [15]

Anos effortlessly deciphered hundreds of thousands of magical characters with a single glance, something that would take an experienced magician an entire day. [16]

Anos has knowledge of the atomic structure of objects, and when he uses creation magic to create an object, he does not create the object but the atoms that compose it. [17]

Anos developed numerous spells such as Gyze[18] and Gatom[19] and even invented Origin Magic, a completely new and powerful type of magic.[20][21]

Anos can utilize Holy Magic despite being a Devil, as he stated that Holy Magic is simply on a different wavelength from Demonic Magic. Anos was able to decipher ancient runes and master ancient magic instantly, despite it being barely used in the Mythical Era due to its complexity and it took Grysilis Derro two thousand years to use it effectively. Furthermore, Anos was able to immediately detect the flaws of ancient magic and quickly deduced that it could only increase a small amount of magic power to a finite level, while Grysilis thought it could increase magic power to infinity. [21]

Thanks to Militia's teachings, Anos was able to decode and read eternal runes, which are magical runes used by the gods to communicate with each other and can only be read with the Divine Eyes. [28] He was able to peer into the abyss of Teo Aske's love magic and deduce that platonic forms of love such as love between friends, family, or master and servant can be used to enhance it. They are considered the signature Magic Eyes of the Demon King of Tyranny, and the only other known person to have inherited his Magic Eyes would be his direct descendant and subordinate, Sasha Necron. Due to it being a well-known ability of the Demon King of Tyranny, the Great Spirit Avos Dilhevia also possesses these Magic Eyes due to emulating the Demon King of Tyranny's power.

A spell that resurrects the dead as zombies. Those who have been resurrected gain immense magical power. In return, their bodies burn with hatred towards their killers and the pain of their wounds torments them for eternity and also summons them into an army of zombies to fight.

"The Terror" It is when Anos expels a terrifying and strong Demonic aura that comes out of Anos to paralyze the opponent with fear, leaving him immobile with fear and nervous sweat and Anos can take advantage to attack the opponent.

"Origin Magic" (起源魔法, Kigen Mahō ? ): Origin Magic borrows power from an older, stronger existence. The older an existence is, the greater power it has. However, the older it is, the more uncertain its existence becomes, making its power difficult to control. Thus, the best way to use Origin Magic is to clearly know the existence one is borrowing power from or an object one has an affinity with. "Dielga" (divided soulDierga, Dieruga, lit. "Divided soul, divided body")

A spell that splits a person's source and body into two. In the end, the separated parts become one again, leaving only the original personality. It is a difficult spell to cast and has a lower success rate if cast after birth.

"Leaks" (lack of communication leaks, Rīkusu, lit. "communication of thought")

A forbidden spell from Anos Voldigoad that can destroy the world. It is an origin spell that borrows the power of the God of Creation and the God of Destruction of the world from the past, from the past caster, and adds the power of the current caster to it. The original Magic Eyes of Anos Voldigoad. These Magic Eyes are tinted mauve with a cross drawn in the abyss of the pupils. The essence of these Magic Eyes is destruction, but in a chaotic form. They have the power to destroy even the indestructible. Just by opening these Magic Eyes, the world begins to collapse and become chaotic. [19] They can destroy order and reason.

If there is a contradiction between these Magic Eyes and the reason that must be destroyed, Anos will win unilaterally. Furthermore, the contradiction becomes the power of these Magic Eyes. They can make events that are sure to happen and/or have already happened never happen, destroying reason and creating a logical contradiction, thus winning unilaterally. In other words, these Magic Eyes can nullify powers after they have already affected Anos, as if he had never been affected to begin with. This happened when Anos nullified Equis' predetermined fate set by Beld Rase Femblem using his Magic Eye of Chaotic Destruction. [20]

In the Mythic Era, Anos exchanged his right Chaotic Destruction Magic Eye with the Goddess of Destruction Abernyu's right Divine Eye of Apocalypse, resulting in both of them obtaining the much weaker Magic Eyes of Destruction, which destroy magic, and the Mauve Magic Eyes, which destroy order. Anos can still use the original power of the Chaotic Destruction Magic Eyes even after "losing" his right Eye. [19]

"Mauve magic eyes" (dark purple evil eye, Messi not Magán)

These mauve-tinged Magic Eyes can destroy the gods and their order, as well as weaken and destroy the power of any divine weapon created by the gods. [17]

"Schur" (NubesSeguro, Shua, lit. "Wind wave")

"Hi Noavus" (annihilate the black thunder and destroy the teeth of the Noavo, Ji Noavusu, lit. "Annihilation Fang of the Black Thunder")
