Sebastian

Sebastian's body is shaped like a sea snake, in that it is elongated with blue scales. At the end of his body is a large tail fin. Sebastian's skin is light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two large arms and one smaller arm on his right side.

Sebastian's hands are humanoid, although he only has four fingers with claw-like ends. Sebastian's face retains a humanoid face with fish-like features such as an anglerfish bulb on his forehead, fin-like appendages on his head, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his left side.
In the game, Sebastian wears a dark brown jacket with a white tank top and a white tie. He also wears various belts and accessories, such as a holster with a gun, a portable hacking device, an armband on his smallest arm, and a small pin with a photo of a cat. Sebastian has several pouches on his tail that contain supplies that he sells to the player.
Sebastian runs a makeshift shop, where he usually sells items and supplies to prisoners in exchange for any research they carry. However, in the game, Sebastian refuses to sell items to players as he has enough research to escape Blacksite. Sebastian views prisoners sent by Urbanshade as his enemies and attacks them if they get too close. The more times you leave and enter his shop, the more annoyed he becomes, eventually kicking you out.

Sebastian can also be seen when the player is viewing the Documents, as he is the one who shows the documents to the player. He often responds with sarcastic or comedic comments to mock the player for dying. Interestingly, Sebastian is forbidden to show Mr. Lope's document, so he takes the document from the player by saying "yonk"

His file reveals that his first appearance in the Pressure Timeline is in 2011, where he is framed for the murder of 9 people and sent to be executed via electric chair. Before this happens, he is "picked up" by Urbanshade, sending a fake execution report, resulting in Sebastian being declared dead. During his time at Urbanshade, Sebastian quickly rose through the ranks, from EXR-P to the board of directors. As a gift for his contributions to Urbanshade, he was given the ability to have gills surgically implanted so he can breathe underwater. However, due to an experiment going wrong, Sebastian was heavily mutated, to the point that he was eventually given the classification of P.

Later in 2015, Sebastian was found not guilty as he did not kill the 9 people he was accused of. However, this information was not given to Sebastian and he was not released to the public. But his rank was changed to MR-P, which gave him better living conditions. Sebastian has a wife
