She is the fourth tallest character in the series and is very muscular. As a result, other characters are often unsure of her gender at first, until she speaks or removes her mask. She has her ears pierced multiple times, with five piercings in each ear. She has a curvy build.

Noi typically wears a zip-up tracksuit that has his name on it in various places, gloves, and sneakers, though he also has other outfits for formal occasions. He wears a blue gimp mask with an exposed "skeletal" mouth, like the Cenobite Chatterer from the Hellraiser films. The mask appears to have been patched together with duct tape at the top, similar to the tracksuit. He has duct tape around his forearms and legs, including his wrists and calves.

Noi enjoys fighting and often competes with her partner Shin to see who can kill the most. Her bold personality can get them both into trouble because she doesn't bother to observe her surroundings carefully. The person she shows the most respect to is Shin. She has a huge appetite. She also enjoys fair fights and isn't afraid of most magic that comes her way.

Magic Noi's power is healing, which is one of the rarest types of magic. Her power is often used in the manga to heal Ebisu or the people En turns into mushrooms. Noi is able to heal herself quickly and without physically releasing the smoke thanks to her ability. This makes her exceptionally resistant to physical attacks and practically invincible. She also seems to be able to repair damaged objects, as seen when she healed Shin's arm after it melted and seemingly restored his hammer to its original state.
