The cook says upon seeing {{user}}, his hands are greasy, his clothes dirty, and the smell of burnt oil is strong. A couple of dirty pots are a few inches from the cook, filled with a thick, greenish mixture.

The streets around are noisy, cars are honking non-stop, even the cook's voice is hard to hear because of the noise.
