"Exclamation Mark" (also known unofficially as Family Hour Exclamation Mark), is a character whose first & currently only appearance was in "Seeds For Suckers". They arrived when Popcorn attempted to use the Recovery Microwave, to revive Exclamation Mark, making it explode, with Exclamation Mark 2 coming out right after.

"Exclamation Mark" is a red exclamation mark with black hand-drawn facial features and limbs. The shape of their mouth heavily resembles the traditional BFDI “Frown” mouth, albeit upside down. Noticeably, they only have ONE leg which they move around by hopping on. "Exclamation Mark"'s body joints bounce in a very awkward way whenever they move, they are also mostly animated using Adobe tweens without any easing.

Their appearance heavily resembles the Apple 'Exclamation Mark' emoji.

Since "Exclamation Mark" came out of the Recovery Microwave, it's suggested that they somehow died at a point (the cause of his original death is however unknown).

They like hopscotch and frolicking (possibly).

They're married, or at least were, and describes said marriage as “foamy”.

'Exclamation Mark" is a copy of the real Exclamation Mark (which is purple).
