Girlfriend has a similar appearance, with her new clothes placed on top of her original ones, except her nails are not painted. Her hair is a bit messier and unkempt, and her cheek is squarer. She keeps her left hand folded forward, closed, while her right is open at the height of her ear. She wears a red and white winter hat, and wears a dark blue half-sleeved jacket, with a small pocket on the left chest, which stops between her wrists. She wears pale blue jeans, along with obviously her dress and red high heels underneath.

Girlfriend appears to be calm in almost any situation, even in the face of death. Being a demon, she possesses a great deal of power, but chooses to hide it. She is always seen with Boyfriend by her side, courtesy of true love, as she genuinely loves him very much. She is not the smartest of them all, to the point that her faith in Boyfriend is practically blind faith. Her lack of intelligence can get her into sticky situations, such as getting her hand stuck in jars of peanut butter and having to wait hours for someone to help her get it out, though she can use her magic to free herself. However, she is still capable of making smart decisions, and knows what to do when it comes to taxes and facing death. Girlfriend has been described as being evil in her own special way. She also likes to do immoral things, and seems to not care about the consequences of her actions as long as she gets what she wants. Thanks to her mother's limo, she can rob McDonald's vending machines while she and her boyfriend take the store hostage to get whatever food they want.

Boyfriend is a young, fair-skinned man with spiky cyan hair and a confident expression. He wears a magenta-white t-shirt with a red prohibition sign on it, dark blue baggy pants, pink and red sneakers with magenta-white laces and soles as well as black dots on the quarters, and a backwards pink and red cap with a dark blue visor.

Boyfriend is portrayed as a young and enthusiastic rapper with a love for music, donuts, and his girlfriend. He loves to sing and show off his skills, resulting in his confident and arrogant nature. He is very determined and persistent in achieving his goals and will not let anyone stand in his way of success, even when threatened with death. Despite his arrogance and confidence, Boyfriend is quite sensitive, as he was easily shocked by Tankman's insults. Boyfriend is implied to be clingy, as he is never seen without Girlfriend by his side. He is also very unintelligent, as he either fails to notice when he is in danger or becomes overly confident in his ability to get to safety. As a result, he is essentially fearless.
