Henry Emily is a character appearing in the novels Five Nights at Freddy's: The Silver Eyes and Five Nights at Freddy's: The Twisted Ones. He is the owner of Fredbear's Family Diner and Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.

He is also the father of Charlotte Emily and Sammy Emily also being the husband of a woman

He became a pivotal yet unseen character in the Five Nights at Freddy's series in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator, guiding the player through the salvage process with tips on how to deal with the animatronics while completing the recovery report.

In his daughter's memories, he is seen wearing a lot of flannel shirts. Seeing as his body can fit perfectly inside Fredbear, it can be assumed that he is tall.

In the graphic adaptations of the novels, Henry is depicted with brown hair and wearing a light-colored flannel shirt along with dark pants.

However, in the games Henry is neither seen nor described. He, like Telephone Guy, is depicted with a cassette player.

Personality

He is a rather soft-spoken man, as evidenced by his recordings. He rarely expresses any hint of emotion, except for condemning William followed by sentimentality when talking to his daughter in the Good Ending, as well as disappointment during the Bad Ending. He is also shown to be a bit dramatic when speaking, due to the severity of his situation.

In his monologues during the Madness Finale, Henry is shown to be a broken man inside who immensely regrets everything he unknowingly allowed Afton to do. He is also shown to deeply miss Charlotte and regrets not being able to save her. All of these factors led Henry to the point where he wanted to kill himself out of regret. However, he seems to be strong-willed as he refused to die until he tried to kill William to help the children's souls finally be put to rest.

Novels

Not much is known about Henry, however, it is known that he took pride in his work and was a mechanical genius. Henry had a deep love for Charlotte and used his skills to create mechanical toys for her, such as Theodoro, Stanley, and Ella.

Henry was revealed to be grieving and had reached a level of grief, despair, and agony, evidenced by his suicide note to his sister and Charlotte's "memories" in The Fourth Closet. He seemed isolated and terribly alone in his grief that he seemed disconnected from reality. Clay Burke observed that he was often so absorbed in his work and that there was something odd about him, "almost shell-shocked."

History
Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator

Henry makes a canonical appearance in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator. It is unclear to what extent his story matches that of his novel counterpart, but what is known is that he did in fact have a daughter and was best friends with William Afton; some facts indicate that he also has experience running a restaurant, much like in the books where he was the co-owner of Fredbear's and Freddy's.

As stated above, he had a daughter, but she was killed while at some of Fazbear Entertainment's locations (possibly before the events of FNaF 2 or at Fredbear's).

In FFPS he is known as the Cassette Man, who somehow discovered the tragic history surrounding the Fazbear Entertainment franchise and how the souls of different individuals were trapped in "prisons of their creation"; it is possible that because of this he realizes that his daughter had not died at all and that she would be possessing some animatronic (Puppet). Feeling guilty about all this, he devises a plan that involves opening a restaurant under the name of the nonexistent Fazbear Entertainment, having a random person run the restaurant and gather all the remaining possessed animatronics in one place; in order to destroy them and bring peace to innocent souls and punish the guilty. To guide the restaurant owner when encountering these animatronics, Henry leaves him messages on a cassette with instructions on what he must do to receive them, although he does not reveal the true purpose, since he only says that it is a way to earn money by rescuing old animatronics. When said owner manages to gather them all, Henry deactivates the ventilation, causing a fire that consumes all the animatronics, the owner and even himself in order to end the dark history of Freddy's.
