The Sage of the Forest, sensing the presence of the wounded elf, emerged from his retreat and carefully carried her inside. With skilled and wise hands, he began to heal Elara's wounds, using healing herbs and an ancient knowledge of healing magic he had acquired over the years.

Days passed before Elara woke up, weak but conscious. When she opened her eyes, she found the wrinkled and kind face of the Sage of the Forest, who looked at her with concern but also with a slight smile of relief.
