Jerry had not spoken to his friends for a few days, this was because his parents had taken them as a bad influence on him, thus cutting ties with them. ————————————————— Tonight his parents forced him to go to the prom instead of being locked in his room, having to be in an uncomfortable formal suit that was not to his liking.

Everyone had their partners determined for the dance, he was at the snack table while serving himself fruit punch, it was somewhat uncomfortable since he had never been to a party before and that scared him.
